The organization was great
The organization was great. They always answered quickly to all our questions and the day of the trip they kept the communication and organized everything smoothly. The trip was amazing and they even gave us pop corns when we were coming back to Lima. I will definitely choose Peru Hop again in the future.

We absolutely loved tour from Peru HOP! Franklin was a wonderful guide, and everything was explained so clearly and in such detail. The whole day was thoughtfully organized, with every little detail taken care of. We especially enjoyed the activities, watching the birds and sea lions from the boat, tasting pisco, and all the delicious meals. And, of course, the desert, dune buggies, and sandboarding were unforgettable! Thank you so much for such an incredible day. We’ll remember it forever.

CopaCabana to Cusco
The trip from La Paz to CopaCabana was nice and easy. The Isla del Sol tour in Titicaca lake was challenging due to the altitude and the guide was going too fast. The trip from CopaCabana to Cusco was challenging because for an overnight ride you would expect more comfortable bus seata. The guides from La Paz to CopaCabana and from CopaCabana to Cusco were great.

Very nice and knowledgeable hosts. Flexibility is great! We spent additional night in Nazca to do Nazca flight and were picked up next day. Great communication about travel times and pickup points. Hosts Lisbeth was really helpful, suggested great places to eat, organized great tours. I left some personal things on the bus, and she picked them up, contacted me and organized the pick up with my next host. Great value for money, too

The organisation and the possibilities…
The organisation and the possibilities Peru Hop offers with this system is really great. There are just two things that we thought were not so good. The "normal" seats for the overnight trip were not really comfortable. We were six people but all of us had problems with the firm backrest and also for sleeping better headrests like in some planes would be fine. As the "normal" people can get on the bus after all the others and choose red seats for us as a group it was really hard to find seats together even two people together. Many of the people that had reservations did not used them as they do not want to sit next to someone and choose the red seats as better option. So for us hopping on the bus last, there where only single seats (red and white) all over the bus available. If you could improve those two things it would be great. But all over we would always chose Peru Hop again. Thanks for your service.

Exploring Peruvian towns and cities…
Exploring Peruvian towns and cities with PeruHop was one of the best decisions we made while planning our trip. PeruHop's entire team was responsive and helped us plan the little details every step of the way - whether it was hotels or tours.
Having a dedicated tour guide on board the bus sets PeruHop apart, and just takes eliminates the stress of navigating the logistics and last minute unknowns. Specifically, Brenda stood out during our journey from Ariquipa to Huacachina and then again from Paracas to Lima. Brenda is very passionate about Peruvian history, culture, and food. She is attentive and approachable and is an amazing tour guide, and a brand ambassador for Peru!

Value for money, good service, very convenient transportation
I and my wife, we take Peru Hop bus from La Paz, Bolivia -> Copacabana, Bolivia -> Puno, Peru -> Cusco, Peru, this is amazing trip for me and my wife with Peru Hop. We are very enjoyed our all route until reach the finally distance in Cusco, Peru. Peru Hop dropoff and pickup every passenger in your hotel or address in each stop. Peru Hop also share many tour information about each stop, organization passenger for tour, it's very convenient for us.

Night bus from Cusco to La Paz
We had a night bus from Cusco to La Paz. I didnt know we had chairs with 140 instead of 160. So I slept terrible. I could pay more if i wanted to reserve my Seat. For the price i payed I didnt want that. Other companys are much cheaper and more comfortabel. We didnt want to do any activities with peru hop. We just wanted to go to La Paz. Also I told I get car sick often and that made a note by my name. Also I told again at the tourguide they didnt help me with a chair more in the front.
Further the bus was on time that was good. But also I found it a bit of a mess when we arrived at the busstation and everybody needed to fill a form. Also the help at the bouder was good.
