Small order, 200mm x 100mm 3mm Glass look cast acrylic/perspex.
What i got was standard 3mm polycarbonate or extruded plastic not what i paid for !!

Awful company. We ordered a mirror for £70 on 15.09, delivery time was stated 3-5 days. We were due to move house 01.10 so we chased up towards end of September, but still no dispatch.

We then emailed to cancel the order, reminding them we would now have moved house. Despite this, they dispatched the order anyway on 01.10 and are now ignoring all of our emails about a refund.

They also sent about 5 different order confirmations and invoices, making it almost impossible to find our order number as they've duplicated it in error so many times.

Useless.

Our Perspex order arrived in the wrong size and without the rounded edges we paid for. Despite sending multiple emails, we’ve had no reply. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service.

Awful to deal with.
Charged 7.12 for small piece of perspex then £12.46 postage and packaging. Only to find they messed up order and have it down for collection eventhrough I'm 100 miles away. Now told I need to pay £6.95 delivery charge. Shocking customer services from start to Finish. I should have used one of the many other companies as these are not much good. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got refunded. PayPal to the rescue Thankfully

Terrible service.
We had the shelf delivered without the brackets and I had builders come around to fit it and it was a waste of time and money.
Terrible terrible and impersonal service as I got a boiler plate response back.
Better to buy it for a slightly higher price but from a seller that cares about the customer experience and you know things will get delivered on time and to the spec you ordered.

Unbelievably bad company and would not rate them with a one star if I could.
Firstly, placed and order for a piece of Perspex with magnetic tape fitted. The website online ordering allowed us to do this nd charged extra amount for the tape fitting which was ok. When it arrived we discovered that it had not had the tape fitted. Called customer service who requested I email with photos.
Secondly, despite them requesting the email, we did not get a call back so had to chance them up. We were the informed by the CS asst that in all her years working for this co. she had never heard of magnetic tape and suggested that they could sell us orange gaffer tape in order to attach it to the inside of the window !!!!
Our issue was that clearly their website is wholly inaccurate so do not trust what it is telling you. Furthermore, production team went ahead and produced something that was evidently not what was ordered without even querying it before they produced it!!!! Had to demand an immediate refund once my heart rate had recovered after being told to stick it up with orange gaffer tape!!!
DO NOT USE - COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME

Very Easy to Do buisiness with and contact ref your order

All was so easy from placing order to delivery

Ordered 2 weeks ago and no sign of delivery. None existent communication. I’ve emailed, left voice mails, used the online contact form and no response

Awful company, awful customer service.
They take an order , charge £15 !! for ECONOMY delivery, then do not despatch it until chased 3 times and well after indicated delivery timeframes .

When you ultimately call to cancel the unfulfilled order, lady on the phone tries to pull wool over your eyes how the order has JUST gone into packaging 5 minutes before your phone call and that she cannot do anything.

Then she hangs up half way through discussion.

Order still not received . Money refused to be refunded.

Avoid at all costs. There’s plenty other companies to do this type of work- do yourself a favour and save time, money and stress of arguing with them, and go with another one.

Ordered materials paid the excess for fast delivery . Been lied to many a times saying it’s going out for delivery but still nothing

This was such an easy and successful ordering process - just measure, choose the depth of perspex required (and colour, if desired) - and, very quickly, my perspex arrived, safely wrapped and ready to use. I have already recommended to a friend, and I am about to order two further pieces.

Unreliable!

Placed an order for a large sheet of Perspex yesterday (Wednesday) . A simple straightforward cut to size with no additional modifications

Order placed at 13.17 well in advance of the 2pm cut off

Having paid for 48 hour delivery I was surprised to see a delivery window of Saturday to Monday

I called and spoke to the sales team who repeated that the 48 hour is not guaranteed, but that as the order was very straightforward it would probably be cut and dispatched today Thursday and that I should look out for an invoice confirmation

With no sign of this I called and spoke to customer service who told me expected delivery is Monday 15th and when I queried this they replied that there is a weekend

So it appears I have paid for 48 hour delivery that will in fact take 5 days!

Had I known this I would have looked elsewhere

The agrnt I spoke to today said she would contact the workshop and flag it as urgent. I asked to hold while she did that and was told that was not possible as she can’t speak to them and has to send a message

No offer to update me - just a repeat of the look out for an invoice

Terrible customer service. I have given one star but it would be zero if I could

UPDATE
Called back spoke to an agent who told me she could see it was marked as urgent but had not been dispatched …. Unable to confirm when my order would be dispatched.

She said she would chase the warehouse and call me back. Time will tell but my impression is the agents just give baseless “assurances” and actually have no concrete information. They are pleasant but unfortunately that doesn’t get the job done

My attempts to call back for an update gave left. E stuck in a holding pattern.. As it’s now quarter to five I suspect that is it for today

If they can’t process and dispatch an order within 24 hours then they simply shouldn’t offer 48 hour express delivery. It is not right to offer and charge for a service that can’t be provided perhaps standard delivery would be even more shambolic

Wish I had read some of the feedback before ordering - but I will be sure to tell my maintenance person who recommended them to avoid at all costs in future

FRIDAY EVENING UPDATE
I was called this morning and given an assurance by order would be delivered tomorrow.

Received an email providing a tracking number, but noting Yodel - the delivery company - do not update tracking till 10pm

Given my experience to date I emailed asking for confirmation of what I had been told - of course that has been ignored!

It is now gone 10pm and tracking has not been updated. It appears that my item is still with the sender. I am extremely irritated that having cancelled plans to ensure I am at the property to take delivery it is now unclear whether this will happen or not

To make matters worse my fitter is on holiday from Monday so if this doesn’t arrive I am left with a broken window and no-one to fix it for three weeks. Given the winds forecast for Cornwall this weekend this is a serious issue.

LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS THIS IS FAR FROM A ONE OFF - THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY

I strongly recommend any prospective customers looking elsewhere.

Absolute joke of a company, placed an order on the 4/9/25, which said cancelled, placed order again only to notice once I checked my credit card that payment has been taken twice. After been on hold a total of 64 minutes over numerous phone calls( never getting through), and 7 unanswered emails I feel I’m justified in this review, please avoid at all costs!!!
Have had to turn now to my credit provider to chase this company!

Please note that I had placed an urgent express order.

I paid extra to receive it in 3 days.

The order was placed on 24th August. Its now been 17 days still haven’t received.

This is very very poor service!

The perspex sheet was cut exactly to size and when received in good condition it fitted perfectly into the window frame that it was cut to size for.
Thank you so much for a prompt and accurate job done.

This company is a complete joke ordered from them a month ago and still not received the order , been in contact with the through email and phone just to be fobed off, avoid at all cost

My Perspex was chipped, I asked for polished and round edges and got none of it, customer service is no existent .
I’ve just been ignored since they confirmed my problem and asked for photos.

I had to get a better company to do the needed job

1st order was great: They were prepared to take on job with several small pieces of perspex.
Contacted me to confirm details which were unusual
Good quality finish
Good price. I gave 5 stars then
2nd order experience was terrible: I paid a massive premium for expedited postage for a very urgent job. The deadline for that was missed. Its now a week after they initially said it would be posted. I have had no confirmation that this has actually happened. My progress chasing emails have not been responded to. The office phone just rings out when called during advertised office hours. Eventually texted a chap from them on his mobile, who sounded helpful, but the issue is still unresolved. I have now cancelled order & asked for a refund. How can this be the same company? Would give 1 star for this order experience. So 3 stars has to be the new average of my 2 experiences .

Great to deal with.I ordered sheet and thought it was centimetres rather than millimetres. They double checked my order before it was progressed and I was able to amend it to correct size.
Excellent product and perfect fit when it arrived.
