Great to deal with.I ordered sheet and thought it was centimetres rather than millimetres. They double checked my order before it was progressed and I was able to amend it to correct size.
Excellent product and perfect fit when it arrived.

Very efficient, quality products and quick delivery

Sent a sheet of Perspex from their funfair range. Designed for a hall of mirrors. Asked for some guidance on installation and Hayley couldn’t give 2 sh*ts. No help from them. Don’t even know if the brown paper on the back is supposed to be removed or not. DO NOT USE.

Ordered a week ago - sent Invoice straight away - but no info on delivery date - emailed and called "oh yes in production" will be sent today " no it wasn't - will NEVER use this company again. No indication of delivery etc - sat here with a hole in wall waiting for the item. : In response to your reply - yes it did arrive and I happy with the product - however no lead time was given at the time of order and nothing on the website/order etc gives any indication so your customers are just left in mid air not knowing.

I’m so frustrated with this company. I ordered 2 sheets due for delivery between Friday and Monday. It’s now Wednesday, I’ve chased twice and get an uninterested response with no actual information on when it will be delivered. I wouldn’t have ordered had I of known it would take this long as they are needed for a job I am working on. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Really disappointed and wondering if this is a genuine company or not

Update - the order arrived. Damaged and the wrong size. I have to contact PayPal for a refund due to only being offered a replacement by the company

Perfectly and precisely cut peice of quality perspex. Smooth finished edges and delivered well packaged and quickly. All at an excellent price. Highly reccomended.

I ordered a circle for a small table top, can't fault it, perfect for the job. Came quickly and no problems at all. The packaging did make me laugh out loud, 28cm circles and a box at least a meter in height! Brightened my day up 😁

I placed an order via the website and after the auto acknowledgment received no update for ten days. I therefore chased and received an auto response with a ticket number. Given this, a day later I requested cancellation and a refund. Several days after this I received the item - despite my request to cancel. Chris from the company then got in touch and immediately issued a refund with no quibbling - many thanks Chris.

Prompt delivery, goods as ordered (I was a little surprised when I ordered 200 x 300 mm sheets and received a package almost a meter square! I did think I slipped a decimal in the order, but the contents were fine just very well packed!)

I purchased various sheets of frosted Perspex to go behind garden screens, when I ordered I got the invoice saying delivery would be later than expected, I contacted Chris who straight away got back to me and changed delivery date to come a lot earlier, when delivery arrived there was 2 small sheets missing, again I contacted Chris and that was sorted and delivered very quickly, I had a few conversations with Hayley in customer services, she was also absolutely brilliant could not do enough for you, personally I would 100% recommend Perspex uk on another note the sheets were perfect and cut exactly to size, again thanks Chris & Hayley.

Ordered a bespoke silver Perspex, waited just over two weeks for delivery. Once delivered, I opened the package only to discover that the Perspex had broken off on the corner. To make matters worse, the broken off corner had already been marked with an X. This shows that Perspex Sheet UK were aware of the broken-off corner prior to packaging and posting. If that is not incompetency, then I do not know what else is. I am still waiting for date as to when I can expect delivery of a non-damaged silver Perspex. I would not recommend Perspex Sheet UK for obvious reasons.

The business thought the measurements l sent were wrong. So to save me money they contacted me to double check. My measurements were right. I appreciate that. If the order was sent out and l had been wrong,l would need to place another order. How many businesses would try and save you money.

I have used Perspex Sheet UK before and they have always given excellent service with there choice, cost etc. Now they have an even better website to navigate which has made the experience even better!

I ordered some bespoke 5mm perspex sheets, and unfortunately one part of the order was damaged in transit. Hayley sorted the issue quickly and without fuss - and we were even able to keep to the original work schedule. Recommended!
