Very disappointing, will not bother using them again. Asked for a quote for a 10mm thick rectangle perspex block (100mm x 180mm) which will have a small triangle removed from the top so it slants down. They took 3 days to respond and John Sales Advisor emails me saying "Thakn you for your email, sorry we only do sheets cut to size as per the website." Obviously doesn't use spell check prior to emailing and the company doesn't live up to their website logo "Perspex cut to size any shape, any colour."

Great value and a great product! Ordered 2mm thick Perspex sheets x 2 for new oak bedside cabinets to provide protection from drinks and hot cups. Looks fantastic and certainly does the job - highly recommended

I ordered a combination of 2 small black Perspex strips and these were fine.

This issue was the 900mm by 400mm, 5mm thick glass look polished and buffed with rounded edges. The first delivery of this came and it was just a rough cut clear Perspex sheet neither glass effect rounded corners or polished. I raised this with Perpex UK and they were quick to respond and agreed to replace the sheet. A week or so later the new sheet arrived. This time it did have polished edges and rounded corners. However, still not glass effect and it arrived 5mm longer and 3mm wider than ordered so overhangs the table that it is protecting. At this point I have given up and am writing off the £61.98 and will look elsewhere.

If you just want simple clear or coloured Perspex and not too worried about the accuracy then they are fine but they don't seem to have any glass effect Perspex so I would avoid them if this is what you are looking for.

Ordered a sheet (small one 50cm x 30cm) on Mon 27th October, paid £19.95 for Next Day delivery as you do when it is urgent. It is Mon 3rd November, nothing has arrived. I've had no communication other than the order confirmation email on 27th when I placed said order. I emailed on Sat 1st November, a ticket has been created. I called this morning at 11.10am, cannot get anyone on the phone and can't leave a message to get a call back as the answer machine advises. I really should have read the reviews before ordering. Expensive lesson

Absolutely terrible product.
Then ring them up & get a rude person on the end of the phone…

Avoid like the plague. No customer service no delivery. Total scam.Google needs to address this prioritisation on their search engine. Have had to raise a refund dispute with my credit card company.

An excellent product delivered on time

First time purchase from this company and I won’t make the mistake again.
I ordered midday on Monday as I needed a glazing sheet for Wednesday as a window was being removed for repair.
No problem ordering on the website and I paid extra for express delivery. I got an email invoice and that was it.
I phoned up on Wednesday morning to get a delivery time and was told it was still in the warehouse and wasn’t being delivered until Thursday 23rd via overnight courier. I explained this was too late, it was to cover a removed window and cancel the job as I would have to buy something else to make it watertight. They wouldn’t listen to that and said it would be delivered Thursday. Customer service is not a strong point.
I had to buy materials to make it watertight, so the job costs have increased.
Thursday 23rd came and went with no delivery. I sent an email and they didn’t reply. I had to buy more materials to cover the window and make it more permanent.
Friday 24th I emailed again, telling them to cancel as they hadn’t kept to their part of the contract. Again no reply. At half three on Friday they attempted delivery, no point at all as the window opening was temporarily covered and had been since Wednesday.
The company website says buying is easy, accessible and hassle free. That is not my experience at all. Also express delivery is not an accurate description.

The perspex sheets were cut to size perfectly and delivered well packaged. Unfortunately we measured incorrectly and when cutting it, it cracked. So it's not as strong as I thought it would be and I wish I had gone for the unbreakable. The sheets were quite pricey but I don't think they're cheaper from anywhere else. I would use the company again but buy the unbreakable perspex next time.

The Order was delivered within the timescale advised at the placing of the order. Despite the caveat about dimensional tolerances, the perspex sheet came in exactly to the size requested. The packaging was of of high quality to ensure minimum chance of damage during transport.

Having placed (and paid for in full!) an order, I had to chase it's progress after weeks of no communications. This kicked the order process into life (they had just left me to it, I'd still be waiting now had I not chased). Days later, I received my glass... broken on some corners due to shodding packing and careless handling in transit. I immediately reported this to Perspex Sheet UK (with photographic evidence, of course), asking what the return/refund process is, and again was met with silence. After 4 days of chasing on a daily basis, I then receive a response and was told my issue would be looked into and I would get a response within 2 business days. 2 days came and went, and I have now had to write yet again, telling Perspex Sheet UK that unless I hear back within 24 hours, I will take the matter up formally for my refund. What an utterly useless joke of a company, with a terrible experience from order placement, to delivery, to post-delivery support. I strongly urge you to avoid Perspex Sheet UK so that you don't have to experience what I have.

I ordered my Perspex sheet to build the cold frame in the garden, so getting the right size was easy on the website. Quicky delivered & well package.
The 2nd sheet I ordered was form framing a square puzzle for the wall. Again great as I could order the size I wanted.

Having ordered what size I requested, they were prompt and kept me updated on my order. I received my order with no problems, and I am very happy with it.

Great quality and totally hassle-free, I had various picture frames of differing sizes to re-glass and this company did the job.

Ordered 2 pieces of Perspex for table tops on 22nd Sept waited a while for them to come, upon receiving them on 3rd Oct (well packaged and no damage to the packaging) one was chipped at the corner, which in my opinion was done prior to posting (lack of quality control procedures). Contacted the company on 3rd Oct for a replacement, received an automated “a ticket has been raised” email. Heard nothing, chased a week later to be advised a replacement will be issued. Still heard nothing further so chased again last week to be told it’s in the production line. 17 days later and still nothing received (nearly a month since my original order). I’ve also received THREE requests to provide a review, which I held off doing, but on the 3rd request received today, I felt it only appropriate to review given my dissatisfaction with this company. Hopefully I will receive my replacement soon or I will contact my credit card company and dispute payment. I gave two stars (it would have been one) as one piece I ordered out of the two was fine. UPDATE: after Chris’s intervention I received a replacement on 23rd Oct. Sadly the edges were extremely rough (I had paid for polished edges), so again this had to be replaced. Third time lucky I thought, replacement arrived 24th Oct. Opened it to find more rough edges! One side nice and smooth, the other as rough as a blade. There clearly is no quality control. I had already explained to Chris that this is to go on top of a high gloss coffee table. At this rate I’m either going to scratch the table (which is what this topper is supposed to prevent) or slice my hand every time I clean it. I can’t believe a company can get things so wrong.

Took the best part of a week to arrive but at least it did unlike so many other reviews I’ve seen. Paid for the edges to be polished… they look like they’ve been cut with a wood saw! One side had quite a few scratches due to only one layer of film, the other side had absolutely nothing. Zero quality control it seems. It was cut to the specifications I asked and did arrive hence my 2 stars. £15 postage is a joke also. The company will respond. I can’t be bothered with the stress. Just chalk this down to experience and never ever use this company again.
