Ordering the sheet I needed was straight forward and hassle free. So, thank you for that. The standard delivery time was a bit slow. The well packaged parcel insured the perspex sheet was not damaged.👍

The ordered sheets were measured accurately and arrived in pristine condition in a timely manner. I ordered these sheets to bond together to form a cover for my Goldring turntable. I ordered them thicker than normal to create a stronger seem with the bonding agent, very pleased with the product and highly recommend this company 🤗👍

Really pleased with the sheet of Perspex I received. It was exactly what I had ordered and was well packaged. I will be using this company again as I will be needing more sheets eventually.

I bought from this company because I needed some small perspex sheet cut to size, and delivered within a week. I checked this on their website that they could do it, so paid the extra to have it delivered in time. I noticed that the order still hadnt been dispatched 1 day before I needed them (for a sales event) so I emailed them to ask for the order to be cancelled and refunded. I guessed this wouldnt have been a problem as they hadnt actually cut my order to size. After multiple emails I received a response from a real person, at last! Hayley informed me that I couldnt have a refund due to the order being custom, even though it hadnt been cut at this time. I then received the perspex a week later than I needed. Hayley promised to 'refund the express part of my delivery' but this hasnt happened.
I would not buy from this company again, nor would I suggest them to anyone looking to buy persex sheet just due to the lack of care in customer service I received.
Also I see that Chris reply's to these bad reviews, so Yes Chris, I would still like my express delivery refunded and I have left my reference number for you!

DO NOT buy from this business, we paid for a large single sheet of perspex on the 6th February and we are still waiting for a replacement. We paid extra for fast delivery as we needed to finish our bathroom. On the 16th February said sheet arrived but it was spilt where they had put the screw holes so we had to send back. They collected on the 20th February and said they would send out a replacement. It’s now the 3rd March we have had no replacement, no excess postage refund and now nobody answers the phone. All they do is keep e mailing that the order is in production. STAY AWAY!!!
Please note I do not normally write negative reviews as I like to deal directly with the business and give them a chance but I don't want anyone else to lose money like we have.

Took my money but item was never sent out. Lied twice, saying item would be shipped out, but item was not sent out. Not sure if this company are scammers or just lazy. PayPal has refunded me the full amount, and I’m back to square one looking for a splash back. Cannot recommend this company.

Ordered on Friday and parcel delivered on Saturday, very impressed with service. Parcel packed very well, item received without damage. Ordered for neighbour, very pleased with Perspex sheet, when I delivered it to him, he said it should work very well with what he had in mind.

The sheet of Perspex came well wrapped and protected. It was cut to the exact size required. Would highly recommended

Ordered and paid for express delivery on a specific day (the only day I am available to take delivery). Now after chasing them they are saying it will take longer! Total waste of my time!

Goods damaged on receipt. Took photos, sent an email and not even a response and it's been 7 working days. Have emailed again so will have to wait and see... Not the first time I've received faulty goods from this company but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.
