Good quality product and a really cost effective way of adding a splashback

If I was rating quality of the product alone, it would be 5 stars. I purchased the glass-look perspex to protect the tops of some new furniture items. It looks just like glass, but obviously lighter and marks with fingerprints less easily. However, although I purchased the express service (1-2 days), it took a week to arrive. Whilst I accept that express delivery cannot be guaranteed (couriers can be unreliable), the delay was caused by the length of time it took to get into production. I contacted them and they have agreed a refund of my express delivery costs (which were quite hefty) so I have only deducted one star because they handled the issue of the delay satisfactorily. The delay for me was inconvenient but manageable, however if you are working to an absolute deadline you may need to allow more time than indicated on the website for goods to arrive.

I am revising my review of the Perspex Sheet UK following a recent contact made by one of their staff.

After nearly 6 months, I was finally able to speak to someone who understood and immediately acted on my complaint.

Following Chris's intervention I promptly received two undamaged, replacement, made-to-measure perspex sheets, manufactured to the right size and correct colour.

The true measure of any company's customer service is how positively it reacts when a customer complaint is received and how it learns from the process.

I am grateful to Chris for dealing with my complaint in the way his colleagues should have done so, initially.

Just what I asked for

This is the second time I have used this company for a project which required Perspex cut to size. The sizes were not large but all materials were supplied to my specifications. It’s great to find these companies who can support hobbyists like myself. Good turnaround with my order so was not waiting long for it to be completed. Would wholeheartedly recommend this company to supply materials for any size project. I will be using the service again.

Seriously disappointing customer service. I ordered sheet on 5th March for a specific family event. Heard nothing until I chased them. Told it was being despatched. Chased again on 18th March and told it would be with me by the weekend for my event. Nothing received so I cancelled on Monday and ,
miraculously , it was delivered that morning …..totally pointless. I would certainly not use this company if you have specific date requirements. The actual product looks fine but the most frustrating experience and pointless having it
