I ordered a Perspex silver sheet, cut to size for a bathroom mirror, and an accompanying tube of stixall fixative. The mirror arrived in reasonable time, but no sign of the fixative.
A week on - numerous emails and several phone calls (which all went to voicemail) and still no fixative. Various meaningless replies to my emails, including a request to rate their service!
One email said they would dispatch the fixative the next day; another email said they would rerequest the fixative which would take 3 to 5 days to produce.
I SO wish I had read these reviews before ordering! A company with 25% reviews at only 1 does not bode well.
I even tried to contact the ‘Chris’ who has replied to others who have complained, but - you guessed it - no reply to email or his personal phone number.
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Part 2: So, having put in this review I had already emailed and phoned ‘Chris’, and had no replies, he leaves a reply saying I should phone him or communicate via WhatsApp (which I do not use).!!!!

Part 3: parcel arrived yesterday - not the Stixall I had ordered and was waiting for, but an ordinary silicone sealant with no adhesive properties! Phoned Chris again - voicemail message left and no reply.

Ordered item, 6 days later I then received an email apologising due to a fault at manufacturing. Eventually the product turned up but not to the specifications ordered (incorrect measurements, out by a factor of 2!)

The team emailed me to apologised (after I asked what's going on). I was advised 3 days to re-make and then it will be sent out. Now 9 days later and still no item. Avoid this company, there are alternative perspex companies who will work to the time schedules they advertise.

Over all an awful experience and we shall not be using them for future business. The fact that 25% of the reviews for this company are 1 star says it all. AVOID.

The order was dealt with very quickly and the pieces cut exactly to our measurements, making the fitting for a circular roof on a play house very easy. Value for money was exceptional.

What a scam!!!

I ordered a cut to size perspex sheet on a Saturday. I paid for fast delivery at £25 extra- should have been delivered by Tuesday/Wednesday. Nothing arrived. I had an email from deliver company to say it had been sent and that was it. I then had to drive 1.5 hours round trip to pick it up late on a Friday evening as they had put the postcode incorrectly, something to do with the spacing, so it was stuck at the delivery company. I needed it as had an open space letting water in!

Then when I unpacked it, it was scratched and scuffed under the blue wrapping. So its totally unusable.

Emailed everyday (as they don't answer the phone) and not one response.

So the product is faulty and delivery didn't happen.

This place is an absolute joke.

I was pleased with the product - good quality and exactly as ordered. The postage was a little expensive though.

Quality product cut to exact measurements fit my large picture frame perfectly. Very pleased.

Needed another shelf for the fridge, Perspex Sheet were the answer. From filling in the dimensions on the website, to receiving a perfectly fitting shelf, they were great. Competitively priced and delivery was quick too, especially as it was around Christmas. Would definitely recommend them.

Perspex sheet in new condition unopened and well packaged, it’s excellent virtually the same as a glass pane but easier to handle, it has saved me a lot of money, and fixed my greenhouse, very fast delivery, I thoroughly recommend Perspex Sheet UK!😀
