The team at Pense could not have given me any greater service than they did when cashing in and reinvesting my pension pot.
My personal advisor, Kirk Yeomans, was very informative about my various options and clearly had my best interest in mind. I also can't praise Amber Garner highly enough, every time she said she would email or telephone me she did and exactly on time. Amber kept me up to speed every Friday with an update.
Totally first class old fashioned personal service, very rare!

A pain free process to arrange my annuity right from the initial conversation with Russell Flannery and decision making as to which option to take through to the excellent administration by Amber who kept me up to date with the process from start to finish. I’m a very satisfied customer.

My contacts Amber and Russell were excellent at getting things done. When my chosen pension provider seemed to be taking longer than expected they followed up with them to see if there was a holdup that can be resolved. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Both Caroline and Amber have sorted through two pension funds for me. Caroline started the ball rolling with alternative figures to utilise the money in the best way for me. Once that was done then Amber took over with the documents etc keeping me informed regularly until the funds were all sorted. Amber kept on with it until she nade sure that I had my policy docs and funds starting. Overall BRILLIANT Service all the way through. Definately would recomend PENSE, Caroline and Amber to anyone trying to sort out any pension funds..

From having no idea how to start and being quite nervous who to trust. I checked trust pilot and read really good reviews about Pence. From my experiance they were absolutely spot on. I spoke to Russ originally who knows his job inside out. Very friendly and helpful. Who arranged my annuity and passed it on to Amber who kept me fully up to date with all the information.
