We've just exchanged on a property through Penny and Sinclair Oxford. The experience has been excellent from start to finish. I had full confidence in sales manager Joe Worsell whose knowledge, integrity and sense of fairness guided us through what can sometimes be a daunting process. A great team too.
For selling or buying a property I highly recommend this agency.

Rented a beautiful house in Summertown for 4 months through Penny and Sinclair. I live in Australia and yet arranging everything remotely was hassle free and the team have been very responsive to my queries whilst living in the house.

We approached Penny & Sinclair when my family needed short-term accommodation in Oxford this summer. Over three months, we stayed in two areas, Jericho and Summertown, and right from the start, it was outstanding. Georgia Guy, who's in charge of short lets, made everything easy for us, from moving in to leaving. She and her team found the perfect lets for us in no time, understanding exactly what we needed.

Throughout both stays, we were in the good hands of Georgia, Emily, and Amber. They paid attention to the little things that mattered to us, especially since we were there with our two daughters. Their prompt responses and the initiative they took to ensure our comfort made it clear they understood the nuances of a travelling family's needs.

Getting our deposit back was no hassle at all, and they did so with the highest level of professionalism. What also stood out was how they planned our check-out around our hectic schedule, which meant one less thing to worry about.

Penny & Sinclair aren't just doing business. They genuinely care, and it shows in how they treat you. It's like they're welcoming you into a community, not just renting you a place to stay. We can't recommend Penny & Sinclair enough for any family looking for a worry-free stay in Oxford. We're looking forward to our next stay with them!

A special thanks to Georgia, Emily, and Amber for making our stays memorable.

Sean was great from the start. Informative without being intrusive. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend doing business with. Very Professional.

I have been extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism shown by the Penny & Sinclair team throughout my sale and purchase transactions.

Joe Worsell, in particular, is exceptional at what he does. He has a wonderful calm about him, which he combines with the huge value he brings from with his years of experience. He is very responsive and you can tell that he and his team really care about what they do and doing the best job they can.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and his team to friends and family.

Our family so enjoyed or stay in this lovely corner in Oxford. The interior was spacious & comfortable and the location was perfect!!
Additionally, the management team was responsive & offered clear communication.
We look forward to returning & will certainly recommend it to others !!

All round professional and ethical team. Dedicated to representing our house and getting it sold in the marketplace.

Joe was quick, open and positive. He did everything he said he would, more than once as through no fault of his own the sale fell over twice. He and his team maintained contact throughout the transaction. A very good job well done. Thank you!

Penny Sinclair letting agency provided us with an excellent service with the renting of our property this summer. They were most efficient, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the let their property for long or short term rentals.

Efficient and fast. I needed to find places to stay in the short term and they were really fast. Service was good and the flats were great!

We have had excellent service from all the staff but a very special mention must be made of Joe Worsell. He has guided the process, helped with the difficulties, been always quick to respond. He knew all the details and if I had a question he could not answer he found the facts very quickly.
If I ever sell this property there would be no question about who I would be asked to act for me.

Trustworthy, informed, friendly, quick to respond to queries, not pushy.

It was in the perfect location, the apartment was well-appointed, and the customer service was great. We were met with a very lovely agent who walked us through the apartment and offered her sincere apologies for the slight inconvenience of an alarm going off in the building.

My recent house sale was very smooth thanks to Joe Worsell at P&S. He was friendly and efficient and always around to answer questions. I'd recommend him without hesitation!

A professional and friendly team

Selling our house in Oxford could not have been easier. Joe at Penny and Sinclair was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He kept us informed, sorted out all our problems and was always ready to answer our questions. I would definitively recommend them. Thank you.

We first appointed Penny and Sinclair as agents to sell my mother in law’s property and based on the positive experience we went back to them when we came to sell our house.

Our Sales Manager Joe Worsell was highly personable as well as extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable, especially when the chain below us collapsed and our original buyer had to pull out. He immediately re-marketed the property and turned the whole situation around so quickly.

If we are buying and selling property in future, we’ll certainly be talking to Joe and the team at Penny and Sinclair.

We’ve had to sell houses several times in our lives, and our experience with Penny and Sinclair has been exceptional. We would highly recommend Joe Worsell and his team.

Joe Worsall is an exceptional manager. His friendly manner to me made me comfortable right away. And within a week Joe's deft bargaining achieved the sale price.

An outstanding team! Georgia and Emily are absolutely brilliant – highly professional, exceptionally organized, and incredibly communicative.
