The team from Penny & Sinclair was always responsive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend and would use their services again.

Honestly we received nothing but calm professionalism during the sale of our property. Sean has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he has calmly and professionally dealt with difficult situations and emotional states brilliantly.

Helen was really friendly and helpful during a walk around of a property.

We had a great experience with Penny and Sinclair through the duration of our house sale process. We had a quick sale and Joe was great to work with from start to finish. Super responsive and supportive when the sale became stressful due to external factors. Would highly recommend.

Oliver and Maisy were so kind and helpful - and extremely understanding of my situation. I was never under any pressure to make a decision and they worked totally with me and at my pace. I would absolutely recommend Penny and Sinclair to anyone thinking of getting a valuation /selling their property - genuine advice and no sales pressure.

I rented a house where Penney and Sinclair were managing agents and they were very good, wanted to know if I had any problems with the house and made sure both tenants and landlord were happy. I therefore decided to use them as my estate agent to let a property we bought and I could not fault them, they were very professional. I was very pleased with their service.

We completed on our sale today. Angie Parmenter of Penny & Sinclair was fantastic and found us a great buyer. She really knows her area and is professional and calm. We really appreciated her help throughout the whole process. Her team were also great. We highly recommend P & Sinclair

I admire the patience and competene of Jo and her colleagues in dealing with the the constant stream of queries which come from my tenants. Likewise the ever-inreasing demands of national and local bureaucracy.

Joe Worsell has fantastic from start to finish, helpful, hosest, kind, and calm. Joe gave good advice without judgement or being pushy. We totally trusted him in our home and he was always extremely professional. We would use Joe again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone.

Phoning from out of the country and looking for a home is not easy, however Erling made it much better with his thorough answers and understanding of both my needs and that of the properties qualities.

Communication with them is difficult, they are micromanaging the guests which is intrusive of privacy and frustrating throughout the stay.

Sean Herdman-Low is a superb, highly-professional estate agent. Clear, sensible advice and swift responses throughout process. Excellent at matching the right viewers to the property for the best chance of purchase. Backed up by a friendly, well-briefed team. Extremely highly-recommended whether selling or buying.

In our dealings with Penny and Sinclair, we found that all the employees were equally trustworthy and dedicated to making their interaction with the client totally satisfactory. We would always recommend them for the buying or selling of a property. We liked the fact that it was a local agency, very aware of the conditions prevailing in the area. We were concerned about the delays caused by the buyer's solicitor, and we greatly appreciated the commitment of Penny and Sinclair and our solicitor to complete the sale within the required time.

Achieved a very good price for the property. Ensured I was updated at all stages. Easy to deal with. Overall, very good service.

I received a confident and friendly service from all members of staff right from my initial spur of the moment call in to the office in Summertown.
They kept me informed of all viewings and advised on feedback. Great service from Sean, Sarah and Will all the way through.
Even overcame the setback of a buyer pulling out after many weeks of process and found another buyer for me very promptly.
First class service and I would highly recommend Penny & Sinclair, Summertown.

The team at Penny & Sinclair were transparent, responsive and helpful throughout the sale of my 1 bedroom property in Oxford. They were honest and upfront about the potential sale price (whilst other estate agents wildly inflated the valuation), which I appreciated. The property was marketed in Dec and I had an offer at asking price by end of February. We completed in June. All in all a very positive experience, would definitely recommend.

The company was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us about updates to our search and application. All the agents that we were in contact with were very nice and helpful (Sean, Katarina and Jessica), and the entire process was made very simple and clear. We are very happy with our new flat and would definitely recommend the agency!

Penny and Sinclaire is a reliable partner to look after and to manage someone's property. Worth every penny!

I loved working with Penny & Sinclair. They were the most helpful and patient people ever.Even though our mortgage got delayed for a few months, Sean was extremely understanding and helpful. I couldn't have wished for better service.
