Lovely staff
Lovely staff. The satff are always polite and friendly, I have never had a bad experience visiting the store as I normally visit the shop in person, but i used the cIick and collect and bought a hutch, it was in brilliant condition, so easy to put together for my 2 Guinea pigs, it's a very sturdy item.

Integrity counts! Alexandra provided excellent service. When the amazing price of my large cat treats order turned out to be a computer glitch, they back ordered the item at the price advertised. Alexandra kept me up to date on the order and when the supplier could not fulfil the entire order, she sent what she could and refunded the rest. Any other retailer would not have honoured the order or the price in my experience. Such integrity is rare these days, and I will definitely use them again.

Great communication
Great communication. They checked the product before sending it to me and noticed a fault. Went above and beyond to try to source another and when they couldn’t they refunded me straight away. Would definitely recommend.
