Beware! Pearl Organisation is a fraud company. They took my payment and then completely stopped working. No updates, no response, and no professionalism.
Do NOT trust them or assign any work — total waste of time and money!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I paid the full amount, but they never completed even 1% of the work. To make matters worse, they completely refused to refund my money. Save yourself the stress—do not send them even a single cent. Total waste of time and money.

This company is the absolute worst company I've dealt with in the history of my life. They took my money and instead of completing the job they dragged it along for three months, didn't complete the mission instead, they actually did the exact opposite and ruined my online profile that I've been building up for 20 years. Then when I asked for a refund, they refused to give it. These people are absolutely ruthless when it comes to wanting to steal your money and not give you the outcome. They think that their efforts are the point rather than the result and when you called them out on it, the actual owner of this company try to make me feel bad because I was stressing her out because she was pregnant and it was my fault that her baby was going to be stressed. Because I actually wanted the result or my money back this person was so profoundly unwilling to give a refund that she kept my money and I have filed a report against this company. No matter what they say you can know that they will take your money and they will not give you a result and they don't care and then they will blame it on you because the people that run this company keep your money don't give you a result. I've never seen anything like it.

This has been an outright terrible experience. These so-called developers are completely unprofessional and unreliable. They took the money and delivered absolutely nothing of value.

Communication stopped once payment was made, and the little that was sent (if anything) was incomplete, broken, and clearly rushed – if not copied from elsewhere. It became clear they never had any intention of delivering what was promised.

In my opinion, this is not just bad service – it borders on fraud. Avoid this team at all costs.

Stay Away from "Pearl Organization" – Completely Unprofessional Experience
I was looking for a professional freelancer on Fiverr to run Google Ads campaigns. Shortly after posting, I was contacted by a sales representative from a company called Pearl Organization. They promised that their senior specialists had over 10 years of experience with Google Ads, and assured me they could deliver excellent results.

Unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth.

Not only did I receive zero results from their campaign, but they also deleted my entire negative keyword list — a list I had been building and refining over 3 years, with nearly 2,000 negative keywords. They didn’t save or back up a single keyword.

As a result, I now receive calls for completely unrelated services, damaging both my advertising efficiency and brand credibility. Their actions caused direct harm to my Google Ads account and my business.

In my opinion, this company is incompetent and careless. Based on the quality of service, I suspect the work is handled by underqualified individuals or students with very limited understanding of how Google Ads actually works.

Do yourself a favor: stay far away from them. They make big promises, deliver nothing, and can even damage the progress you've made.

The worst company I have ever worked with ! They try to catch you with low costs. Then they are asking always for more money. Avoid Mrs Ritika, she is so unprofessional and if you are cautious in paying she tell you it will deduct from her salary and she cannot pay her medical bills because her salary is low, which is a lie. The company is also always see problems where no problems are. The company make money with problems. An API is suddenly missing which is normally included in prices or even for free. The famous „there is a further issue“ you should avoid.
This lady was contacting me with tons of WhatsApp messages every day but she project will not be completed until now and we began last September. Another company was checking the landing page and detected a lot of issues. Ritika promised to make it in 3 days, but after that,nothing was done. Even with other actions like DUNS code or social media impacts.
She then asked for a different problem where a payment is further needed. This company should be closed immediately because the people have no education !!! The problem is if you are after a time, you cannot leave so easily, because you invested money for that. Also rhey make not a package. You will see so often surprises and they are not interested to solve problems because of the money.We have invested 9000 Euro and the landing page is not in good shape, they are not understanding the scope of your business and are also not interested of the customers reputation.

Also they are not answering your questions and I have a suspicion that they are working with AI and chatbots !

Go to a reliable company but I would not suggest you an Indian company because they are making all complicated and the culture difference is too big for a smooth work.

Sends unsolicited spam to people with no removal process to try and solicited new business. Very unprofessional, and illegal as well.

Scammers only try to sell you more and don’t work with what was agreed upon.

These guys are scam. I had engaged them for an ecommerce website last year and first red flag was that they addedd some addons and raised the price. But inspite of giving all requirements and payments as per agreement, they were not able to deliver anything. They were not able to produce even a working wesite. What they produced was some dummy wordpress site after 5-6 months. Finally I had enough and even now every 2-3 months they sent the invoice for renewal. They want money without getting work done. These are just scammers... Stay away from them...

I would advise caution when considering this organization for project work. Despite being given extended deadlines for project completion, they consistently failed to deliver on time. This lack of follow-through and reliability made the overall experience quite frustrating. I would recommend exploring other options if timely and dependable project completion is a priority."

It is a fraud site which promises everything to deliver and asks for advance payment and does nothing. Quite sophisticated talk in first call. I am reporting here but not sure how to penalize such organization. They are defrauding so many people.

This organisation is TERRIBLE. They give you a quotation and promise you full service. After that they harrass you with phone calls multiple times a day saying you have to pay extra for this, fot that etc. They do not deliver anything! I hired them for webservices but they just seemed after my money and did not produce any goods - like a webpage or an add design. I asked for a refund but they inored my request and months later they have the nerve to send me an invoice! Don't do business with these guys.

Only found out ...of course too late this company a scam based company..good news it was a small amount for me and Im the idiot for not checking them out right here on Trust Pilot....Pearl Organization a complete fraud and will sue them under IPC India penal l code #406+ 402

I listed a job on freelancer.com to complete a concept redesign on certain pages of my website. I was approached on my businesses Facebook page by a company ‘Pearl Organisation’ to complete this task outside of the freelancer website. They provided a quote, examples of claimed past work and requested payment via wise.

They then proceeded to provide me with details outside of the project scope claiming I needed to purchase Wordpress plugins to speed up my website. They then requested more money to pay for these plugins.

To date no work has been completed, I have multiple people from the organization harassing me for more money and refusing to provide a refund as well as claiming to have completed the work through fraudulent reports. I also checked directly with the company (nitropack) who sells the plugin and they advised they do not know Pearl Organisation nor do they sell their product to them. No work has been completed and they are unable to provide me with the Wordpress plugins credentials I have purchased.

All correspondence has been over WhatsApp conversation with members from Pearl Organization avoiding sending me a refund and trying to talk me into sending them more money.

We hired this company because we did our publishing on UpWork.com they promised they would respect the max budget and we would cooperate a whole month and after 24 h they were claiming double the money and on the second day sent us the message stating the month was gone. We said we wouldn’t like keep cooperating and that we were requesting the refund. They told us “pick up the phone we need this to accept you are firing us” so we did and the refund didn’t arrive because on the chat another employee told us we had to file a claim with our credit card. We are handling it with our credit card company. Our logo had to be rebranded and they put a whatever logo without our agreement or previous check it on our website and it doesn’t even respect the image we requested. They also added text to our website not respecting the website structure.
Big scammers, we changed all our passwords from the social media and website and they are still sending us reports of how the project is evolving when they cannot access anything anymore.
Do not trust this people, they all lay and keep calling you at any time/hour to convince you and they are not respecting what was agreed.

My experience with Pearl Organization was a disaster. They showed zero accountability and didn’t deliver any of the promised work. This company is utterly unprofessional and unreliable, more interested in taking your money than providing a service. Attempts to get a refund were futile, I highly recommend avoiding them to save yourself the frustration and financial loss. This has been a complete nightmare!

Extremely Disappointing – Avoid at All Costs

I hired this team on Upwork to build a property marketing website with a strict 6-day deadline and a clear brief. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster from start to finish.

After 5 weeks, the website was still incomplete. The forms were broken, and the design was unprofessional and unusable. Worse, their work caused issues with my active site, resulting in client complaints, disrupted business processes, and significant losses.

Despite repeatedly asking them to stop and refund me, the account manager ignored my requests, continuing to make changes that only worsened the situation. At one point, they made the font colour on my live site match the background, rendering it unreadable. After days of asking for this to be fixed, I ended up resolving it myself in just seconds.

Ultimately, I had to revert to my old website and hire a new developer. This debacle cost me $9,000 in lost revenue and 10 clients—resulting in tens of thousands in potential losses.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I hired Pearl Organisation from India for three websites and social media management, and it’s the biggest regret of my professional life. This team is utterly incompetent and deceptive, constantly making promises they have no intention of keeping.

I started my project on August 25th, with their assurance that they'd deliver all three websites within 20 days. It’s been over two months, and they haven't managed to complete even one. Every time I asked about the progress, I got the same lazy excuse: "We’re on it." Spoiler alert—they were never on it.

Getting even minor changes done was like pulling teeth. Their so-called developers need to be spoon-fed every little detail, and the design team is a joke—no creativity, no input, just dead weight. They have a manager named Ritika who’s more interested in upselling useless tools than actually getting work done. She’ll try to convince you that your site can’t function without them—total scam tactics.

Pearl Organisation stole my money and delivered nothing in return. They drained my time, money, and patience. If you’re looking to throw your cash down the drain and waste your energy, then Pearl Organisation is perfect for you. Otherwise, steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a company.

I hired them for LinkedIn optimization and paid $6,000 upfront. However, they failed to deliver on their promises. Despite claiming expertise, they demonstrated a clear lack of understanding in digital marketing and LinkedIn optimization.

When I requested examples of similar work, they cited "privacy" as an excuse for not sharing any evidence. The LinkedIn profile they created simply used the keywords I provided, and the CV they wrote appeared to be generated by ChatGPT.

I'm taking legal action against them for mental torture and deception. Please avoid dealing with Pearl Organisation, as they are a group of fraudsters.

J'ai commandé une gestion de mes réseaux sociaux et une optimisation SEO de mon site web. Travail d'amateur et refus de respecter le contrat. Après 3 jours, j'ai demandé le remboursement de ma commande, car les premiers travaux envoyés étaient du niveau d'un stagiaire. Refus de me rembourser, cinq ou six personnes qui m'ont harcelé au téléphone pour maintenir la commande en me jurant que je ferai l'objet de toutes les attentions. Une a même prétendu être manager général mais tout ce qu'elle disait était faux. J'ai toujours refusé et demandé un remboursement pour vite oublier cette mésaventure. Et ils ont continué à m'envoyer leur pauvre travail. Aujourd'hui encore, ils me harcèlent en me suppliant de leur répondre, de les aider (un comble puisque je suis celui qui a payé !), qu'ils vont mieux travailler ect ect ect... Résultat; hier ils m'ont envoyé un flyer que mon fils de 7 ans aurait pu faire. J'ai honte pour eux. Mais j'ai surtout perdu 350 euros. Un conseil ne travaillez JAMAIS AVEC EUX !
