Those guys are scammer, they take your money and force you to pay to deli er and they will never A job of 3 days on one of my website they asked for 5 days and we accepted, it kept running for 3 month with all the delays and suffering with them and they did not deliver as agreed in their drafted contract.

And now after 5 month they are asking to pay additional 50% to open a job on their portal to continue, Conclusion do not work with them and spread the word.

I had a great experience working with EIS Pearl Organisation for my website design project. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, creativity, and technical expertise.

Paid EUR 132 for 1-year website maintenance service. For approximately 8 months during the active term, no services were delivered despite multiple requests. Refund request denied. Formal complaint filed. After receiving whole amount the stop working, the team have zero knowledge. Worst company to work. Save your money

Pearl claimed to offer search engine optimization where language (Dutch) was not an issue. However, it was. Strange texts appeared everywhere, that I wanted to remove immediately. The real problem came later: Pearl kept spamming me from new phone numbers, which I blocked. Now, years later, they still text me and send invoices out of the blue that look like payment reminders. From cheap service provider to outright scammers!

If "negative points" were an option, PEARL ORGANISATION would earn a -100. Save your breath, your time, and your hard-earned money. They are masters of the "big promise" to secure your business, but the moment the payment clears, the nightmare begins. Expect to be ignored and given the run-around for months on end.

Most alarmingly, I paid for a genuine WordPress theme, only to discover they installed a cracked version and pocketed the difference. This isn't just incompetence; it’s a blatant scam.

Just two days after the first deposit they asked for another payment for a subscription and they kept insisting that I had to pay so I asked for them to send me a signed contract by there CEO stating that they should deliver the project in 14 day or else they will refund me the money..3.5 month later they didn't finish the project and they are refusing to pay me the refund do work with them

My experience with Pearl Organisation has been very disappointing. They appeared more money-minded than service-oriented. For even small projects, once one person agrees and takes payment, they disappear, and suddenly a new account manager or project manager is introduced every week who has no idea about the project details.
Communication has been extremely poor. I had to repeatedly explain the same requirements to different people, which wasted a lot of time. There was no proper ownership or accountability.
As a startup, we trusted them and invested money expecting professional support, but instead, we felt taken advantage of. The delays, confusion, and lack of clarity made the entire process stressful and unproductive.
Overall, it felt like they used a startup’s urgency and limited resources to keep the project going without delivering real value. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before committing money.

PearlOrganisation has been one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Their lack of responsibility and basic communication can seriously damage small businesses.
They may appear friendly at the beginning, but once your initial contract is done, the attitude changes. They suddenly start pressuring you for new, unexpected services and additional charges. They become extremely pushy, messaging and emailing constantly, sometimes every 30 minutes, asking if the latest invoice has been paid. It is completely unacceptable behaviour from any service provider.
The biggest problem was their refusal to give us access to our own website. I contacted them on numerous occasions asking for login details so we could update and maintain our site. They ignored messages, made empty promises, and never provided the access we needed. Because of this incompetence, we were forced to delete everything they built and recreate the website ourselves just so we could have control over our own content. The loss of time and resources was entirely avoidable.
Yes, they are cheap, but there is a reason for that. My advice to other small business owners: spend a little more money and save yourself from this unprofessional organisation. In the long run, they will cost you far more than a legitimate, reliable company ever would.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.
The project was delayed multiple times with no proper communication. They installed unauthorized plugins on my website without approval, which resulted in a malware attack and serious security issues.

Communication was almost zero throughout the project, and they took no responsibility for the problems they caused. Because of their negligence and delays, my business suffered losses for nearly two months.

I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or professional service.

This company is completely fake, dishonest, and unprofessional. They make false commitments and then deliver incorrect work. An incorrect report was shared, a fake pending amount was added, and back-dated entries were used to mislead and pressure the customer.

I clearly requested an extension and corrections, but nothing was addressed. The staff’s behavior is extremely rude and irresponsible, especially from the finance team.

Total waste of time and money.

Terrible scam company will do nothing but lose you money. They are awful

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Someone from their team approached me back in September 2024 and I agreed to give them my Shopify store development project. Their manager assured me that the work would be completed by December 15, 2024.

Unfortunately, the project kept dragging on month after month — all the way until June 2025 — and even then, the store was still nowhere near complete. The progress was extremely slow, and at times it felt like nothing was being done.

Throughout the process, they repeatedly asked me to purchase themes, plugins, and additional items that were never mentioned in the beginning. The costs kept increasing far beyond what was originally agreed upon. Their developer even admitted multiple times that very little progress had been made.

At one point, I contacted Shopify directly because I became concerned about the requests and the delays. Shopify advised me not to make certain payments and helped me understand what was legitimate and what wasn’t. That is when I realized the entire experience was going in the wrong direction.

What surprised me the most is that the company presents itself professionally online, with a website full of images and even a CEO on LinkedIn. But my actual experience was completely opposite to what they advertise.

Eventually, I hired a Canadian company to finish the website, and they delivered everything smoothly and professionally — which made the difference even clearer.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience for me, and I would strongly recommend anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious. My hope is that this review helps others avoid the same situation.
