I had a terrible experience with this company. In three days, they didn’t do any real SEO work at all. What they delivered was a useless, incorrect keyword sheet that showed they have zero understanding of my business or local SEO. They even suggested things like the Google Indexing API, which doesn’t apply to my website at all. It was obvious they had no idea what they were doing.

Instead of following the proposal, they kept trying to upsell me unnecessary services. And when I used my right to cancel within their own 5-day refund period, they refused. They argued, they delayed, and they completely ignored the terms of their own contract.

What shocked me even more is that after I asked to stop the service, they started calling me from multiple different numbers. Extremely unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable.

I’m now disputing the payment with my bank because nothing they delivered was usable, and they refused to honor their own refund policy. I really recommend everyone to stay away from this company.

I regret to say that my experience with Pearl Organization has been extremely disappointing. They presented themselves as affordable and reliable, but in reality, the service felt misleading and unprofessional.

I hired them for a simple website update using a ready-made design template. What should have taken weeks ended up dragging on for eight months, and even then, the website didn’t follow the template at all. It was unusable, and the work quality was far below expectation.

Throughout this period, they constantly pushed me to purchase additional SEO services, promising strong results. I paid around USD 125 (half upfront, even though they insisted on full payment). My website was already performing reasonably well before their involvement, and after their work, there was no improvement.

The SEO keywords they used were poorly chosen and ineffective. Yet they repeatedly contacted me to buy Nitropack, claiming it would improve performance. I eventually paid another USD 100, and after that, communication suddenly dropped. They became quiet, stopped responding promptly, and never provided meaningful updates. Whenever I asked about the incorrect SEO keywords, they simply insisted they had already “updated” them, without showing any proof — and nothing had changed.

In the end, the entire experience felt like a waste of time and money. They did just enough to appear active, but the results were almost nonexistent. I should have listened to the earlier reviews and avoided this company.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious. Pearl Organization delivered no real value and left me with unfinished, ineffective work.

Pearlorganisation takes your deposit then delays your work. They do not refund. You lose time and money. You are better off doing the work yourself instead of hiring them.

Total shit company !! They lie about the hidden costs and only after making the initial payement they inform you about the hidden fees and costs associated. They promised ranking, but only post flyers.

Sono dei truffatori. dopo 9 mesi non solo non hanno sistemato nulla e non hanno aggiornato la versione di prestashop ma hanno addirittura peggiorato la situazione e non volevano nemmeno emettere l'ultima piccola fattura che è stata emessa solo dopo 4 mesi di continue sollecitazioni. Veramente pessima la comunicazione ma più che altro sono in malafede e confermo tutte le recensioni precedenti.

Be carefull from this organisation. they are scammer. 1) first they ask for your credentiels to access your web site and change the ownership by their name. So they steal your web site.
2) they propose low cost services and web site updates payement in the beginning and then try to ask you in each time money more than the initial payement for some invented apps..
3)deadlines, and constant requests for more money after initial payment.
4) anot organised at work and not professional
5) They putted their name in the web site to let you pay each time for a web site that they stealed and change the ownership on their name

I strongly advise against working with Peral Organisation India. I hired them to develop a web app and paid $1000 upfront. After receiving the payment, they completely stopped responding to my messages and calls. The project was never completed, and they made no effort to deliver what was promised.

In my experience, this company is untrustworthy and operates fraudulently. Please be very cautious before engaging with them or sending any payments

I rarely go public about such experiences, but after what I faced with pearl organisation, I believe it’s my responsibility to warn others in the creative industry.

Big Promises, Zero Delivery: Their sales team makes tall claims of “targeted leads” and “ROI-driven campaigns.” In reality, they burn through your money on unnecessary, random targeting with no results.

Client Voice Ignored: Even when I clearly pointed out issues and gave them suggestions, they never listened. Instead, they wasted my hard-earned money on strategies that made zero sense.

Shifting Blame: On the last call, their so-called Client Relationship Manager Ritika actually asked me “Aap hi batao galti kahan hui?”
Imagine that , they take the money, they execute poorly, they do the fraud and then they expect the client to explain why it failed.

Fraudulent Charges: Within 2 days of signup, they forced me to pay ₹6,000 for a tool I never saw, never used, and never benefitted from.

Refund Drama: For more than 25 days, they kept repeating the same line “refund will reflect in 24–48 hours” while nothing happened. They finally processed ₹14,000 (after endless chasing, mails, and escalation), but even now ₹400 is still pending!

Mental Harassment: Instead of accountability, I was treated to casual replies, fake ARN numbers, and audacity from their account managers asking me to “mail us that you received the refund” even before they actually paid it.

👉 This is not a mistake. This is a systematic pattern of fraud, negligence, and disrespect.
💡 My advice: Do not trust PEARL ORGANISATION DEHRADUN . Don’t get trapped by their sweet-talking salespeople and fake promises. They will happily burn your money, ignore your inputs, and then make you responsible for their failures.

Extremely disappointing experience with Pearl Organisation

I hired Pearl Organisation for a video project and the experience from start to finish has been unacceptable.

On 27th August, delivery was confirmed within 3 working days.

Even after 7+ days, nothing usable was delivered.

Despite providing exact product links, a full script, and instructions on tone/voice, the first draft they sent featured completely irrelevant products (vacuum cleaners, blenders, etc.) — nothing to do with my business.

When I requested corrections (minor edits to the draft as per my review), instead of updating it, they started making excuses and stalling.

Their explanations kept shifting: first they said the draft was the “final video under testing,” then it was “just a sample concept,” and later they even admitted to sending me the old version again while claiming to be “recreating” a new one.

Instead of resolving the issue or delivering on time, they asked me to remove my LinkedIn feedback — which shows more focus on damage control than on fixing the client’s problem.

I’ve made it clear: either deliver the corrected video exactly as per the brief or process a full refund. At the time of writing this review, neither has happened.

This experience has cost me time, delayed my timeline, and created unnecessary stress. In my opinion, Pearl Organisation has shown a pattern of missed deadlines, disregard for the client brief, and stalling tactics.

Absolutely the Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs

If you value your time, money, or sanity, steer clear.

What was promised as a 6-day scope dragged into 6 months of frustration, chasing, and fighting. Salespeople and so-called “account managers” disappeared after the first call. From Day 5 I was ready to terminate (it’s even in their refund policy), but of course, no refund, no accountability, nothing—despite putting it on record.

Every week turned into another argument. I repeated the brief multiple times to multiple people, received unprofessional, dismissive responses, and was fed nonsense updates (“something was moved” counts as progress?). Branding and style options were talked up endlessly but never delivered. After six months of threats and pushing, I gave up, only to see the “final work”: copy-pasted content dumped on a page.

Throughout the process they were quick to ask for more money for issues they couldn’t fix. Even after spoon-feeding them content, it never made it properly to the website. No ownership, no responsibility—unless it was about payment, then suddenly they were very responsive.

I’ve worked with over 100 organizations—this is by far the laziest, most incompetent, most scammy company I’ve ever dealt with. What they produced cannot even be called “work.” Total waste of time, money, and energy.

Scammers. Beware. Feel free to reach out if you want proof or more details—I’ve kept everything documented.

I posted a job on Upwork, and immediately I received a phonecall via Whatsapp from Pearlorganisation. From the beginning they trick you!!. They offer a cheap price, but constantly ask for more money. Always with the reason: something went wrong, need to update, more speed is needed etc. Very unprofessional service, they don’t deliver what they promise!!! It was agreed on 2 weeks, but 3 month later the job was still not done. They always delay the job and ask for more money!! Stay away from pearlorganisation it is a SCAM!!

They are scammers , they keep asking for more money and they are not honest with their advertising , they mentioned build a website for 150 usd and then they keep asking for more . I paid them 1500 usd and when I refused to keep paying they took my website and blackmailed me to pay more if I want my website back and changed my password

I don't know who these guys are, but they took $9.99 from my account , and I never even subscribed to them. Obviously just another scam site which steals money from unsuspecting people

I’ve been waiting 6 months for a website I paid for in full — still not finished. Communication is terrible; every change takes 24+ hours just to get a reply. Their sales team makes big promises, but once you’ve paid, nothing gets delivered.
They assign a “project manager” who knows nothing about websites and won’t let you talk to the actual developer, which means constant delays.
I later found 100+ bad reviews that match my experience — I wish I’d seen them earlier. Found them on Upwork, but they convinced me to work off-platform — huge mistake.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Pearlorganisation. They initially promised to complete my website project in 10 days, but it has now been over 2 months and the project is still unfinished. Even worse, they have stopped providing any meaningful updates and have been completely unresponsive to my queries.

On top of that, they unexpectedly asked for additional payments midway through the project without delivering the promised work. This has been a frustrating and stressful process, and I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and timely delivery.

I sincerely hope they improve their communication, transparency, and professionalism moving forward.

Worst service. They're bunch of frauds sitting on freelancers and taking your money.

They've taken my $100 and nothing got delivered. Account manager doesn't know anything about the project.

They did scam with me. I am located in Melbourne.

They have sent me 1000+ emails to pay remaining part of invoice.

BEWARE - So I think this company is Date Digital. I think I signed up when looking for a job. Seems others have the same experience. They charge weekly so that we do not see the payments come out for at least 1 month when you check your credit card statement and paid 5 times already.

Seems they are also known as Kontent Cloud.

If looking for an online stay away from this as it is a scam.
