This bank is using your money while it sits on hold from a transfer from another bank. Knowing full well that my bank that I transferred from would not let me have the money if it wasn’t free and clear to move , so PC uses your money and gets 5-6 days worth of interest and you in limbo with your money?
It’s one of the worst bank apps I’ve ever used. It’s been one of the worst transactions in transferring from one bank to another I’ve ever had to deal with and as soon as this is all done and dusted and everything has moved over and I get my 100,000 points for my trouble. I’m going to shut it down.

Cust care rep started shouting at me and asked why I asked for a purchase return and why I paid the billed amount. Also she was very arrogant and behaved rudely. After that when I asked to transfer the call to her supervisor, she just put my call on hold and no one responded back yet. I am still on call for almost 1.5 hours and still I am on hold.
Never expect this kind of behavior from a reputed bank like PC. So disheartened and I will soon close the card as well once the problem is resolved.

I opened an account and planned to transfer $400,000 but wisely transfer a test amount of $1000.00. It was out of my Tangerine account immediately but didn't show up in PC for 24 hrs. When it did show up it was on Hold for a Week with no option to transfer to Savings. So they get your money Interest Free for a week. DIGUSTING!!

Worst financial services
Worst customer care. Worst service. They blocked my card after approving my application for some unknown reasons.
Made me call four times and wasted a lot of time to give me the information that this account is closed before even I activate my card.
Unable to get balance on app or computer, no customer service
I logged in on app to check my “savings account” balance. It showed nothing! There was supposed to be a large sum in there. I logged in with a computer, same thing, could see money acct., PC mastercard balance as well as PC points but no savings. I called, they do not have people after 8pm, there chat bot wanted me to leave a message and they would reply within 48 hours. I don’t think this is appropriate for missing $. They have good rates but extremely poor service.

If I could give a zero I would, I applied online and I was approved and I called and he said yes and your card is already in the way, and with the strike I called to see what will happen and then they said my account is closed, this is bad service, I do NOT recommend PC financial
Such a bad customer support experience
Such a bad customer support experience. I had issues with my transaction. I called their customer support and the representative was not even able to speak or understand English. So frustrating.
Utter incompetence
Utter incompetence. I applied and got a Credit card in the mail. When I went online to activate, I was asked for my username, which I found later, was never set up. When I tried “forgot my username”, I filled out a screen (credit card number, my phone number) and was told the information was incomplete. After multiple attempts, I called their helpline. After a long wait and after discussing the situation, the attendant couldn’t help me and said someone from their IT department would call me by phone and or email. No one reached out. I downloaded their app and the same thing happened. If this company is so incompetent, do you trust them with your personal information?

NO ONE cares about you at all, honestly I can say PC use to be great, now I would not get my worst enemy to sign up with them. Free or not DO NOT SIGN UP. Closed my accounts and my PC optimum today because I have just had it. Blocked e-transfer
Pc Financial account for several years. Service horrible have e-transfer blocked as low as $150 and no higher than $275 several times in a week. Then being put on hold for 1hr to resolve. Pc claims their AI system monitors and makes the decision. A bunch of garbage.

This is an absolute nightmare of a company. Run as fast as you can.
My funds were posted on May 5th and released on May 14th. You transfer into a spending account that pays 0% interest. You’re baited in by their perceived ‘high interest savings account,’ but your funds are held for a third of the month.
I was so frustrated, as soon as they cleared, tried to transfer them back out and it’s telling me I have exceeded my monthly transfer limit.
So now, have to wait for that to clear, to get $40K back.
Sent a complaint, no reply.

I had the business I make my car payments to take out an extra 1200 out if my account. I phoned in and was given forns to fill out. 2 days later I phoned back and was told I was i given the wrong forms. I was given the right forms and then i was told nothing can be done because I have a Mastercard which I do not. You can NOT SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER. IM out 1200 and that's OK with PC Financial. Their lack of customer service and incompetent staff is truly pathetic
Dont get a PC Money Account
Dont get a PC Money Account, like ever. I transferred about 3K to my PC Money account to pay my PC Financial Credit Card, big mistake.
I could not move money from my PC Money account to my Credit card account, even though I had a balance of $3100. On calling the support, found out that the account was closed. OKAY so what take in money if the account was closed. The customer service reps are unable to move my money from my PC Money account to my Credit card account and now I have about $3000 stuck in my PC Money account.
P.S. I am a former PC Financial employee and knew back then how terrible the customer service is, hence it was my bad judgement to use their products knowing how terrible of the service PC Financial offers

I decided to move my daily banking to PC Financial, and regretted it everyday. I had to send emergency funds overseas only to find that their system has a problem and declined my transaction for over 5 hours. Wanted to change my billing date for my pc mastercard as my monthly automatic charges are appearing twice on same statement. After waiting on hold for over an hour I was transferred and that was another hour on hold. And after wasting my entire morning they suggested I call my insurance company and my phone provider and have them change their billing dates. Customer service with pcfinancial is the worst.
Very Poor Customer Service
I recently applied for a PC Financial Mastercard and was thrilled I was approved. I received a email advising I had been approved, a second email stating that the card had been sent and two emails advising me to activate the card. I have not received the card and it has been 2 weeks since I received confirmation I was approved. That aside, I also have a PC financial money account. I have not used this account for a few years and assumed it was closed due to inactivity, I lost the card or it was damaged, I can’t recall the exact details. At the time, I went online and ordered a new one. It never came. I recall that I tried to contact PC financial by phone but lost my patience trying to get through to a real person. Fast forward to the present. I got an email in March saying they were sending a new debit card and to confirm my address by accessing my online banking. I tried multiple times but have forgotten my username and cannot retrieve my username without a card number. So here’s where it gets frustrating, I phoned to get this sorted out two days ago - easily spent an hour on the phone between being on hold, navigating the automated system and then finally taking to a representative who then forwarded me to the risk management department. I waited on hold to talk to the risk managment person, explained my situation, he took a bunch of information and then said he would call me right back. I did not receive a call, This may be my fault as I was in my car and though I was not driving did have the do not disturb when driving feature activated. I disabled it and then waited 40 minutes but received no call. I tried calling back the next day and when I finally got through to the representative and explained what happened she was very rude in saying that the risk management person did call but I didn’t answer. After answering numerous questions (I had previously answered on my last calls) I was reconnected me to the risk management department again. I began explaining what I needed only to be cut off before I got through my first sentence. They hung up or I was disconnected. So rather than phoning again, I followed up with an email. 24 hours later it has not been returned. So I have no Mastercard after 2 weeks and 2 phone calls later have no resolve regarding my online account access. Today, I received another email stating that a new debit card been mailed and to make sure activate it. I don’t know if there is a mistake on my address because during all of this I was never once asked to confirm my address. I shop frequently at No Frills and superstore and would like to use the PC financial products but honestly I have never encountered a company that it is so difficult to resolve a problem. PC Financial needs to improve their customer service as it is pretty poor.
Update: I called again and spent over an hour on the phone getting transferred to different representatives. I ended up talking to someone in the fraud ??department who was able to restore access to my online account. My address was incomplete so he was able to update it and advised that a new MC and bank card would be sent out and arrive in 7-10 days. The credit card arrived in 7 days, I have not yet received the bank card but hoping it is on its way as well. It took a bit of patience to get things sorted but the last rep I spoke to was very helpful.

I came on this website to see if others were having the same problem I am. Well, that answer is yes!
My online access to my account is locked. I don't know why it got locked in the first place? I've done the same thing for years.
When calling customer service, there are no real people working there anymore?? Did they get rid of that service? If I could unlock my account online I would but all the chatbot says, if you have tried 3x then customer service will be unable to help you for 2 hours!! Try 3+months of trying to get through!!
So frustrated and very annoyed!
