Dreadful service. Ordered a dog coat, it arrived and was too small. I followed the sizing guide, when I emailed they said I could not have an exchange. I had to buy another one and return the old one. I had this coat for one day - would not refund due to 'hygiene' reasons. I pointed out that I followed the sizing guide hoping for an explanation of what I did wrong, the salesman said - I sell these day in day out for the last 5yrs the 4xl is the perfect fit fot your dog. As far as I am concerned he was rude and unhelpful. I have now spent a fortune in postage and would not go near using them again.

Awful service. Dog bed was expensive and took weeks to arrive. I realised later they just order them from temu/ali express for a fraction of the price.
The dog bed wasn’t fit for purpose and just collapsed. It was supposed to be a hut style bed that the dog sits inside. I sent photos. Their response was that I couldn’t return it as the dog had been in it. This is wrong as per the sale of goods act. The item was not fit for purpose. However I accepted a partial refund for an easy life so that I wouldn’t have to deal with them further.

EDIT in response to the reply below. I told you the day it arrived and can prove this with emails. Happy to supply photos and emails as proof.

Returning an item and getting refund is not possible. I’ve ordered dog shoes for the first time and we tried the shoes on my dog indoor space (home) and he doesn't like them, I’d like to get refund but owner said “ These are exchange only. These have been tried on your dog. Also not sure what you mean by 'doesn't like wearing shoes', you ordered the shoes?”. Response I got wasn’t professional and was impolite. Then we agreed to get a store credit which was £22.98 back in July. Then I’d like to use this credit to buy something cost £23.99 and he asked additional £5 and I wasn’t bothered or didn’t question and send the money immediately. I’ve been quite patient and polite since the beginning. However even though I sent him my correct new address, he sent order to my previous postcode and he didn’t reply my latest email asking a replacement as it was his mistake. It definitely doesn’t worth to hustle, buying something shouldn’t be that difficult and frustrating experience. Not recommended to anyone, unless you’d like to get annoyed and have a not smooth buying experience.

Update: He is a big liar as well, how you couldn’t see my response in 10 minutes time, you are deliberately ignoring the ones doesn't work for you and what you don't want to see. There's no way so many buyers are lying, you can provide better service instead of replying to each feedback here and asking people to correct what they wrote.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a product on the 12th December. Still not arrived. Note also this company is buying goods available on Aliexpress and charging 3x as much. I ordered a cat hammock at approx £44, using Aliexpress image search, the exact product is selling on Aliexpress at £12 - £15, with free shipping. Stay away.

I ordered a large dog bed there was absolutely no contact whatsoever I emailed on two occasions heard nothing back
The bed finally arrived it's too small and there is meant to be a well in the middle so the dog can lay in it the bed is all one level so dog falls out plus it's too small not what you woukd call large at all . I'm extremely dissappinted the bed is of no use at all

Impossible to get hold of! Doesn’t reply to emails, yet frustratingly see them responding on here to defend their business! Ordered a dog bed 2nd December but asked them less than 12 hours later to cancel my order after seeing reviews on trust pilot (stupidly checked after ordering!). No reply, received an email to say my order has been shipped on 4th December. It’s now 27th December and I’ve received no email reply nor my goods! You have false advertisement on your website “order by 12th December for Christmas delivery”?
I’d appreciate a reply, just a shame your customers have to use this website to communicate with you, but it seems this is the only way they get a reply? Or so I’m experiencing.

UPDATE - only responded to email complaint today, not previous emails from the beginning of December, AFTER doing a review on trust pilot as this seems to be the only way they acknowledge emails! Lying in their response and putting blame on the customer when essentially all we’ve done is order and paid for something we have not then received. But this seems to be generic across all their replies to complaints. Please don’t expect customers to not upload bad reviews when you do not send the products they’ve ordered & paid for and then lie on your replies. It’s not best practice. I look forward to receiving my refund!

Ordered a small coat from this company it arrived about 3 wks later, It's to small even though I measured my dog before ordering, The coat fits around him but the length it's half way up his back and he's only tiny, I purchased 2 coats from Amazon same size one fit perfect but other one half way up his back exactly same coat purchased from this company, To be fair they did reply quickly to my message informing me they measure the coats before sending out but I know I measured correctly,The reply did feel feel a little hostile, I am not bothering to return it I have purchased one from a different company the other can go to a charity shop but I won't buy from the company again

Ordered a doggy coat, first one went missing, yodels fault not theirs, good communication, royal mail delivered the next one and I'm very happy with it. Good overall experience only knocked a star off because their standard delivery times are quite long compared to other companies but it wouldn't stop me from using again.

Ordered a dog coat ready for the colder weather. Took a while to arrive but it came after about 3 weeks.
Despite numerous measurements of our dog, it came up slightly tight and short.
Emailed 6 days ago to their info@ email address, as stated on their site, still no reply! Just sent another message via their contact page, hoping that gets seen, but there’s no way this will be resolved in their 14 day returns policy window, but that’s not my problem!!

I ordered a new bed for our fur baby for Christmas. Email after Email being told its been posted 16 days on nothing still nothing.

UPDATED IVE HAD NO EMAIL FROM YOU REGARDING DELIVERY OR TRACKING NUMBER .
This is the worse customer service it took me to write this review to I got a response.

Says memory foam, just ordinary foam, very cheaply made, delivery took age's ,I read the reviews on their website, which were great, must be absolutely false, feel very ripped off!!!

Phil at the company went over and above the level of service that could be expected. Very friendly to deal with. Would not hesitate in using this company again

I ordered over a month ago and have still not received my dogs bed and coat.

This was ordered ready for winter and now I’m just losing trust that this company will actually send me my parcel.

Very disappointed

I placed order on 1st November 3rd November it we apparently in transit and since then I’ve had not a single bit of communication it is now the 6th December.

Feel a bit mugged off to be honest.
I ordered on the 19th November and just recieved my dogs jacket tonight.
It’s an identical jacket to the one at £13.95 sold by SHEIN.
I paid double this because I under the impression that the products were unique? So assumed they would be better quality.
Should have (and will in future) just ordered from SHEIN. This jacket also come from china but SHEIN delivered much quicker too.

Please no one order from this company!!! Ordered a dog coat from them and it took two weeks to arrive that's with myself having to email them Multiple times!!!! When the dog coat did arrive it's to small and they want give me a refund at all Apparently I have to sent them the coat back and pay for the Larger coat!!! I don't want any coat from them and just would like them to refund me!!! Please be aware of this company!!!

Purchased the luxury dog sofa approximately 2 years ago for our small dog cannot get him out of it on the strength of this I have just purchased a 2nd one for upstairs in the bedroom, very supportive with its arms and super soft cushion which is removable for cleaning
It’s our dogs go to bed especially during fireworks which gives him added security

I am writing this review confirming this company do Not send emails confirming your order! I ordered a dog bed and since ordering money was taken out of my bank but still NO communication confirming my order.. The order was put in 16th November 5 days ago and I have sent 2 emails to this company asking for a confirmation email ? Still waiting… I am quite concerned after reading all of these reviews which seems to be an on going problem… Wish I had read them before Ordering….

Temu do stock some good products - some not so good - but all prices are cheaper.

Bought the best double dog lead from here! I’ve tried so many that claim to not tangle but they do or they arrive and the lead is so thin it wouldn’t hold a mouse!
This lead is amazing. Walked my dogs with it for the first time and it was fab! They were ducking and diving around each other and no problems or nearly chopped of fingers for me 😂 Highly recommend this product from here! I also purchased a dog grooming hair dryer bag for my Samoyed as she takes forever to dry and this product makes it so much less stressful for her and less damp for us. My order was dispatched quickly and took about 10 days to come. Products are dispatched from China so if you’re needing something asap then I wouldn’t buy from here but if you don’t mind waiting then the products are decent and affordable. I had no issues from start to finish and am very pleased with my products.

No impressed with your delivery not only does it take ages but got a message from Evri saying delay then another saying got parcel with no real idea of when will be delivered and already passed delivery promise. Should have been delivered on the 18th if you are going to quote 7-10 day delivery time at least achieve it or tell your customer when it will be recieved

Really poor Still no news other than Evri sending a message saying my preferred delivery left with location has been changed which I never asked for. How can they update when they do not know the date of delivery Come on pawfect4 step up and show some customer service. Not stepped outside of Amazon for a long time and you do realise how good they are.

Sorry but all you have done is repeated what I have already told you. blaming the courier is a cop out!!! you make the choice of courier your business your choice and your response is typical of a company that just passes blame when your service is poor. Maybe upgrading your courier company to a company that offers a next day better service. I ordered this item on the 6th October and still neither you or your courier company can offer a date on when I will receive goods that cost £64 which is really poor service matched by an equally poor response!!!!

Thankyou for the update I never said I was not communicated to I said the info was poor and nobody new when the parcel would be delivered since the 6th Oct I have had a notice today to say will be delivered but this is the first time I have been advised.
