I have just received my little cat bed for my new kitten, and I am thrilled with it. The bed is gorgeous, just as advertised. Speedy delivery. Please try this company for your needs, you will not be disappointed. Thankyou so much for a wonderful item and good service.

I wish I had read Jo’s and others views of this “family” business before I bought the dog bed!
Rude…yep, never been spoken to like that before, when asking for a refund, because I didn’t like the quality of the bed….actually my dog wouldn’t sit in it!!
I was told they had been in TV, wow that means a lot.
They need to get a better customer service attitude!!!

Update - did not keep item refused delivery - have proof of delivery screen of delivery driver of item refused - took video with neighbour as witness as I thought this might happen
Also I have blocked email address as didn’t want to receive any further rude threatening messages. Again evidence available

Email response rude and now threatening with a defermation claim because I’ve put up a negative review .
He has also sent me very rude emails and I feel threatened and bullied
Also the responses he has put in his reply are edited to make me look bad
EDIT- the owner emailed me directly warning me to take this post down otherwise deformation action would be taken.
This is an abuse of my personal data by contacting me via email about something other than my purchase . Also use of any information I have provided to this company cannot be used for any other purpose then providing me for goods .****** I request publically to this company that all my personal information be deleted and request no further contact as this has caused me upset and stress . ***** Threatening emails of legal action are a misuse of personal data .
It seems like I’m not the only one who has suffered reading the other reviews .

Update - did not keep item, refused delivery - have proof of delivery screen of delivery driver of item refused - took video with neighbour as witness as I thought this might happen and photo of parcel , which had been sent from China . Refused delivery on 18/09 - have tracking email from Evri.
Also I have blocked email address of owner as he was sending me emails from his personal address and didn’t want to receive any further rude threatening messages. Again evidence available HAPPY TO PROVIDE ALL TO TRUST PILOT (and have already done so)

Last year I ordered 4 Waterproof dog jacket with harness for my 4 Morkies which were great. In June 2024 I ordered 4 All Seasons dog coats. When they arrived they were too big, and Pawfect4pets were extremely helpful and replaced these, they even sent the replacements before I'd returned the other ones. Their customer service is excellent and I can't recommend them enough.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR I WOULD. MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, I WAS PROVIDED FALSE TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEN LIED TO BY THE OWNER. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! You certainly did not offer a refund and I have your messages to prove otherwise hence myself making a claim through PayPal to retrieve my money,plus I didn't wait a month I waited 15 business days as per your terms and conditions. You seem to have an answer about everyone's complaint and blame them. WE CANT ALL BE WRONG, AVOID ,AVOID ,AVOID! If anyone can send 6 emails in 30 seconds I would be very surprised! The only rude person is yourself and you have also just proved how much you lie. I ham happy to supply screen shots of your lies to anyone who would like to see? Dire. The products are cheap crap and you can’t get hold of anyone don’t buy!
I bought a honeypot bed in size Large for my 3.4kg Persian cat and she doesn’t fit. In fact I think only a pet rat or small rabbit would fit in it maybe.
The quality leaves a lot to be desired and good luck emailing or trying to live chat with them- bloody awful! Never again!
As you can see from the response, the company have a bad attitude and cannot take the fact that I have called them out on the inability to contact them. Saying that my review is not accurate says a lot about the business. It doesn’t matter where it is sold when the product is not fit for purpose. My cat is only 3.4kgs and can be verified but the bed is tiny! Why would I spend the time posting a bad review if this weren’t true-I was hoping to post it on Instagram as a win but I most certainly won’t be. I would look at other reviews where people have found the products on Temu, maybe their other products are ok but I wouldn’t risk buying from them ever again!

I can confirm that products are from Temu. Found my cat bed on there for less than half the price and these guys even used the same photo! Contacted customer service as I wanted to cancel. Extremely unprofessional… literally tried shouting over live chat in capitals when I confronted them for their products. Avoid at all costs. Better off at pets at home.

Terrible quality dog bed - lumpy flat padding. Looks nothing like the photos. Suspect has been shipped from Temu as they offer identical looking bed for a fraction of the price and it took over 2 weeks from dispatch to the bed arriving. Very rude and condescending customer service when requested a refund. Had to pay my own fee for return. Sent the bed back 2 months ago via first class delivery and still not seen any refund. Have not had a reply to my most recent emails.

Ordered a dog hoodie. Checked the size guide, measured my dog and ordered the size recommended as per size guide
Item arrived and is so small and doesn't fit. Total waste of £20.

Trying to get a refund I was told surely I can find use for the bed as they are very disappointed in me which was unacceptable.

Have just received the large dog car seat, which is almost the size of a sofa. It's perfect for our Westie and Jack Russell. They can cuddle up on long journeys without both having to try and squidge on one seat.
After reading the negative reviews I was a little nervous but the whole process took 2 weeks and I was informed along the way about my order and given a delivery date.
I would definitely rate this 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
