Still waiting for a refund from the original dogs bed i sent back. I have sent proof of postage and the screen shot that shows it was delivered to the address they provided

This is now your 2nd bad review even after I have emailed you to explain multiple times!!! Please listen to what I am actually saying here!! You opened a paypal case which automatically takes money from our account and places it on hold. We then give paypal the authority to refund you but has to go through their process first as you opened a case instead of letting us just refund you! As I have now explained 3 times. The 2nd bed you received would of been because of the 1st parcel sent being stuck at Evri with no update so we reposted the one you received. I can only think they found the 1st one and have delivered it to you. As I said we don't want it back so please feel free to keep! There really is no need for 2 nasty reviews when I have responded to your email within minutes! Very upset by this

Ann the bed you have ordered comes with clear instructions to allow at least 48hrs for it to regain shape after packing. We also have received no communication from you prior to this review and feel upset that you have chosen to write this instead of have a conversation with us! Helen this is simply not true and iur cooling mats are the ONLY ones sold across the UK! The gel ones are harmful and contain toxins ours are completely safe. The way it works is once the dog lies on it, it allows dogs body heat to escape and cool air in thus cooling the dog naturally! Your review is inaccurate, rude and un necessary!!! Another customer that doesn't use the product they have bought for the intended purpose instead just takes one look and decides to write nasty comments without so much as contacting us first!!! Clearly didnt bother to read the 31k 5 star verified reviews on google but decided to read a handful of nasty ones on here including this one! I completely disagree with your assessment of our cool mats and ask that you use as you should instead of just making snap nasty judgements!
Disappointing waste of time
Poor quality cooling bed which, like others had clearly been delivered from elsewhere as had a second delivery label added over the top.
Was told hundreds of these are sold yet not one review for it on their website
Was sent a return address that was incorrect, possibly a mis-type although the tracking and delivered back photo was at the correct address.
Emails sent by myself as I’d heard nothing and was told they had not received it back, despite me sending the proof of delivery.
I was refunded after chasing but overall a very disappointing experience and wish I’d read reviews on here first.
Update after seller response!
Yes I emailed till I got a response- I’d emailed twice asking if you received the item back and was ignored. I did not make ANY demands in any way, I asked if you had seen the return as tracking showed delivered to the correct address despite you sent me the wrong number of the property! I then sent multiple proof of posting Royal Mail delivered evidence, despite you giving me a return address that didn’t exist !!! I do not appreciate it being intimated I’m lying.
Not sure what I’m expected to do, purchased in good faith, wasn’t happy when item arrived. Requested return for refund which I completed as asked to do. No response! You refunded when I sent evidence yes, I feel I’m entitled completely.
Maybe your return procedure needs improving. I’ve not been anything other than pleasant at all times in trying to just sort what shouldn’t be so difficult.

Firstly our item has many thousands of reviews on Google but customer choose to ignore those! We asked this customer to return to our address. The item never arrived with us, yet we had many emails one after the other demanding a refund! I explained this hadn't arrived and to allow me time to check with neighbours and surrounding buildings as the development is new and we have an office at the rear of the property. Within an hour she was emailing again! I then explained we would process the refund without the product, something we don't need to do by law! Refund was done and received very qucikly. Customer then choose to write on here after saying she had complained to Royal Mail. Appreciate that but fact is item was not returned to us and we still refunded leaving us way out of pocket, so no idea why we are left with a 1 star review!!! Completely false review and customer never gave an opportunity for an answer to her emails let alone for us to investigate properly!!
Order issue
Ordered my item and received no order confirmation email. Contacted pawfect4pets and was told it would take 7-9 days to arrive after dispatch which was great. Received no further communication from them until it was received yesterday.
Contacted pawfect4pets to ask for a return as the cooling mat I ordered is very cheap feeling and poor quality, response received was very defensive from one of the employees and stated it’s a huge shame that I am returning. General public are allowed a valid opinion and a company should take these comments as potential improvements rather than sharp defensive response's.

Millie had her review taken down by trustpilot the 1st time so this is round 2!! Millie was sent an order confirmation and shipped email which clearly reminded her of delivery terms and who was delivering so not sure what more communication was wanted or needed! Simple fact is that these cooling mats are the number 1 best seller on the web and do not contain gel or harsh chemicals. The way they work is to allow dogs body heat out and cool air in thus naturally cooling them down overtime. They only work once a dog lies on them! Millie did not even give the product a go or use in the correct way! A quick snap decision by not understanding what she had bought! Shame she feels the need to keep posting even though first review was removed under integrity issues with this platform! Unfortunately like the handful of people on here, she has ignored our 31k+ 5 star reviews on Google which are verified and turns to truspilot where it seems people can write whatever they like, regardless of context! Also Millie a retailer is allowed to.ask why a product is being returned and express disappointment that you didn't use properly before publicly telling us all its rubbish when in fact it isn't!

I don't think this cooling mat is going to arrive. It was despatched 8 days ago. Looks like I've been ripped off and my lovely old dog will not receive his cooling mat. Wish I'd checked the company on Trustpilot before making the purchase.
It did arrive on the eighth day after placing the order but Yunexpress had messaged me to say they had a parcel but not what it was or who it was from. Pawsperfect4pets had said it would be delivered by Royal Mail or Evri and it was in fact delivered by Amazon. HOWEVER, IT DOES LOOK LIKE A GOOD MAT.

Customer emailed to say they had failed to read our delivery policy and would take review down! What transpires is they write more false information regarding our website! Jane you were clearly told of deoivery terms and this was received way within those! The cooling mat has over 5k 5 star reviews on Google and we sell these to major retailers. The fact you have again made a snap decision without fully considering things is why I feel this completely unfair and false!
Hugely disappointed with this purchase
Hugely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered an extra large dog bed, which cost over £60 thinking it would be of reasonable quality. Why oh why did I not read the reviews before ordering?!
It arrived in a shocking state, bag ripped and re sealed with tape, folded over so many times that the sides won’t sit upright for my dog to sit in it.
It’s very poor quality. Be lucky if it lasts a few months I reckon. And for some reason the wording on the bed has changed from “pet heaven” to “pet family”. What on earth does pet family even mean for a single large dog. Family pet would make more sense.
I would really recommend purchasing anywhere else, I will never order from here again.

There was no email after the initial order email so had no idea what was going on with the order. Also no replies to my email. Order took ages to arrive and the product is absolutely terrible! Another reviewer said your products were the same quality as Shein but I think that is insulting to Shein.

I received an order dispatched email and waited over the maximum estimated delivery time. I made contact to enquire about the items only to be informed the product has been discontinued. Not sure how it can be shipped and also be discontinued but anyway no big deal these things happen. I would like to add the reply I received was perfectly helpful and friendly.
I have asked for the equivalent value of anything from the website to be sent as a replacement and offered to pay the difference if necessary. I haven't received a reply, a substitute order or a refund

Product is not what is advertised, do not buy.
Just received the personalised blanket I ordered and it is nothing like what was pictured on the website. Very poor quality, very thin no way the same blanket as was advertised. The writing was pictured on the website as being in a heart and looked decent quality, this is not what was received. The writing on my blanket is poor quality print which will come off in no time. A total disappointment, do not buy from this site it is a total rip off!
I would have contacted pawfect4pets on the back of their reply, but I never received an email to confirm my order when I made the order so do not have an order number. I did have an account n their website, but this stopped working just before I received my order and my requests for a change of password have gone unanswered. Coincidence? I think not. This site is a complete rip off.
The profile picture added is what I received. If you check the website you will see that what I received is nothing like the personalised blanket they advertise.
As requested I sent a picture on 10/07, and no surprise, got no reply. Do not buy from this site!

The reading of complaints and the responses is hilarious, almost worth the lost £20. Think it might be better for them to focus on customer service/product quality than getting upset about honest feedback. I mean, I tried it myself last, sleeping on it. Kim, you are not using the cooling mat correctly. Firstly these are a three layer design. They do not contain gel as this would be toxic to dogs. They are designed to allow the dogs body heat out and cool air in, naturally cooling your dog down. You simply pressing your hand on it will do absolutely nothing!! And why on earth would you want a thick mat??? The purpose of a cooling mat is to allow the dogs body to breathe.
Also the mat comes in 4 sizes and the customer is responsible for choosing the correct size for their dog!!
This review is not correct. Fact is this item is sold to retailers, on amazon and is the best selling cooling mat on the web. We did give you a very full description prior to purchase which you have clearly ignored. Please remove this untruthful review.
Further to kims edit, I am unhappy at you being dishonest because you are not using the item correctly or attempting to understand how it works! You do understand these are designed for dogs and not a fully grown women don't you?? Also kim you, like the handful of people on Trustpilot have missed the 31k+ 5 star reviews clearly shown on Google prior to ordering the item! Why you feel the need to publicly attack a business with such language is beyond me!
Total scam
Total scam, advertising as if in the UK at premium prices and the stuff comes from China costing less than half the price they charge - people want to buy from British companies not people pretending to be in the UK. Time these scams were shut down. Ordered 20th still not arrived with Evri so god knows when will get here. If you check on international tracking it shows this has been shipped from abroad and that the plane only arrived in the UK yesterday and Evri haven't got it which is how I know it's not from the UK and I can read

You ordered a cooling bed on the 20th June and we state very clearly due to huge demand these will take 5-7 working days to arrive which is not unreasonable and faster than any other competitor selling this bed! You haven't emailed us once and we sent you a shipped email on the 22nd clearly reminding you of these terms!!! Its been 3 days since shipping! Its already due at Evri on Friday something you would of known if you had read our terms. I do not appreciate you calling us a scam and if this post is not removed immediately I will take further action. Why is it people cannot read very clear delivery terms and then take to Trustpilot instead of having an actual converstaion first! Shameful!

Deeply unsatisfactory
I ordered a bed, but the sizing was incorrect. I was advised to return the item and reorder a larger size, which I did — however, I never received a refund for the original, smaller item.
The overall experience was disappointing: the product quality is poor, delivery took significantly longer than expected, and it appears the items were shipped from overseas (likely China), which was not clearly communicated upfront.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
