The cabin was very clean and centrally located. The whole process of booking, checking in and checking out was very smooth. The cabin came equipped with all the essentials that one would need. The furnishings we comfortable and the deck was very relaxing.

The cabin that we stayed in was like the perfect size for two people that wanted to just get away from life for a little bit he had a nice hot tub the balcony was very nice we enjoyed the cabin very much The people who take care of the cabin make sure it's clean and tidy for when you get there silver all experience was great

Using the website was a breeze, you log in and get a cute count down till your trip. Check in and check out was effortless, they text you the code the day of arrival making it easy. The cabin exceeded expectation myself and the 3 people with me had such a good time.

It was easy to find the exact cabin that my wife and I are needing for our upcoming vacation this year.

Twin Peaks cabin was beautiful. Our family had a great time and American Patriot has always been good to us. The description was spot on accurate and we really enjoyed our stay and our experience as a family together at Twin Peaks with American Patriot.

We found Ritz of the Smokies online as a rental through American Patriot Getaways. We are a large family of 10 adults and 3 toddlers. The house looked absolutely incredible online and if it looked even half as good in person we would have been happy. It was even better in person. The residence has a grotto styled indoor pool with a child lock on the door, an outdoor hot tub, an outdoor fireplace and huge seating area, a mini putt putt green, pool table, bar, basketball court, video games, a pirate ship (yes...a Pirate Ship!) and an indoor waterfall in the living room! The space is huge and the views are incredible. The kitchen is nicely appointed with Pioneer Woman cookware, dishes, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove top and huge refrigerator freezer. You are at the top of a ridge that overlooks Mount Laconte and Anakeesta. Wildlife is abundant and can be safely admired from the multiple elevated decks. There was always something to do without ever leaving The Ritz of The Smokies!

Cabin was perfect. All clean and ready when we arrived. Very comfortable and in a great location. Definitely recommend.

This is our second time to book with APG. The website is clear and easy to navigate. It has all of the important information that you need : updated pictures, floor plans, calendars, reviews, complete informational lists. After a month of intensive research, it's the best site I have found for cabins in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. I have not had to speak to customer service, but I have received receipts, the rental agreement, etc. very quickly after purchase. I am sure that if I ever do have to speak with customer service, they will be attentive and efficient.

We stayed for three days In the Water Break Cabin. My experience with Patriot Getaways was exceptional. This was by far the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The cabin was immaculate, the view stunning, the location was very quiet and peaceful yet still only 11 miles from Pigeon Forge, TN. The check in / out process was very easy. Patriot Getaways will always be our choice for any return trips which I’m sure will be many.

We have used Patriot Getaways three years in a row for our rentals in the Smokies. We love their selection of cabins, as well as the cleanliness of each place we’ve stayed. They also offer great savings! Their site is easy to use, but their staff on hand has always been extremely helpful too! They are easy to reach and quick to find answers or solutions. Patriot Getaways is top notch and won us over as lifetime customers!

We had a wonderful time at the bear cage this is our second time staying there. You can tell the owner takes special care of his cabin. The cleaning people he has are professional they keep the cabin nice & clean

Our cabin was very clean and well maintained. It was larger than I expected and my children loved the game loft. Everything was in perfect working order and we had no issues or maintenance requests throughout our stay. We had a wonderful vacation, and would definitely rent this cabin again in the future!

We always throughly check everything when we arrive , the only issue we had was a shower curtain that needed replaced. I called and they took care of immediately! This cabin was beautiful! The view was so good even the young children sat on the deck and would just look and enjoy. There was lots of pots and pans to cook with and silverware and plates! Plenty of bowls and other cooking essentials. It's close to the community center to swim or leave your car and take the trolley into Gatlinburg. The grocery store is close. My grandchildren were never bored with all the games and tvs and a outside to run around.Thanks for the great stay my family was very happy!

We have stayed at a cabin hosted by American Patriot Getaways twice. Each time we were happy with the experience. We had to make a service call during our last visit and they sent someone right out and the problem was fixed before we returned from dinner. The cabins were each beautiful, clean, and were exactly as described and pictured in their listing. I trust this company and will book with them in the future.

American Patriot was great to work with. A situation came up that was out of their control that caused us to secure a new house for our large group. American Patriot did all the leg work to find us a comparable house with all the amenities we were wanting. Every time there was a question or concern there was a tremendous amount of communication and correspondence. We highly recommend using them.
