Very easy to book once you decide on a cabin. The cabin photos are not expandable. I wish I could zoom in, that would make it much easier to decide where I want to stay.

Been using American Patriot Getaways for several years now, great service and easy process.

The Panoramic Mountain View Lodge.
The home had very modern appliances it is a very nice home, once Pest Control came out to kill the roaches. We took pictures and videos to document. The Main floor bedroom with fireplace was full of dust and dirt, the ceiling fan was filthy. I called on three different occasions to let them know that my 80-year-old parents had severe Allergies. Derrick in guest services was very nice and assured me that housekeeping would be notified and not to worry. But it was a problem. The bedroom fans had so much thick dust and dirt on them, it was ridiculous. The closest had so much dust and dirt on the floor, I got 2 bar stools to put my parents' luggage on. I contacted housekeeping, who assured me that someone would be there between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, but she didn't arrive until 3:30. She did the BARE minimum with a bad attitude, but she cleaned a fan and mopped the floor. She didn't bother dusting the filthy window seals or taking the trash out of the bathroom wastebasket or in the entryway. I called Patriot Getaway someone from the Office brought fresh Towels and washcloths and was very nice. The bedspreads were musty smelling and dusty so I removed ALL bedspreads and linen and washed them
some of the bunk beds did not have sheets on them.
Maintenance also came to fix the garbage disposal and oven. Maintenance also had to be called to clear and repair the drain so the water would go down the drain the water was just sitting. Maintenance and Pest Control came the next day on time and were very pleasant. There was old meat left in the refrigerator, so I had to wipe and sanitize it before I could put my groceries in the refrigerator. The Owner of the home called, he was on the West Coast and oblivious to these issues. Devon and Dana from the patriot office seemed to be concerned and tried to make sure these issues were fixed in a timely manner. I lost a day and a half of my vacation waiting on Pest Control and Maintenance 3 times, who also had to fix the oven, each of them was very punctual
and nice EXCEPT for housekeeping. I hosed down the deck where the hot tub was to clear the debris and webs. My vacation was a HORROR for me and a lot of work. My mother got ill due to all the dust and dirt but started to feel better the day before we left. My family enjoyed the home after all the Roaches were gone and MOST of the home issues got fixed
and the home was cleaned properly. So in
short I paid Premium dollar per night for a Premium Luxury but did NOT receive Premium Quality. I do not write reviews but these were some issues that other Patrons needed to be aware of. I do appreciate Devon giving me a 25% discount on my next stay but after this experience no thank you.

Stayed at Flashy Splashy Lodge for a couple of nights while passing through Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. It was an amazing experience and we loved the pool, hot tub, and game room the most. Very clean property with breathtaking views.

Fast and easy

the house was very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony view from each level. the hot tub was very relaxing. Air conditioning worked well for all levels. pool table was enjoyed by everyone. beds were very comfortable except for the bunk bed (or maybe just a picky kid). Had visits from bears on 3 days. Very exciting!!

The cabin was very clean and was in a great location. Close to town but still felt secluded. Would definitely stay there again!

Took my kids on our first family vacation! Best experience with Patriot Getaways they are friendly and well in my budget. Definitely will be staying at the cabin again. Highly satisfied

We recently rented the cabin: "Livin' Simple," and it was tied for first if not our favorite cabin we've ever stayed in during our annual family vacation. Love the location, the nice neighborhood it was in, very clean, spacious bathrooms and the beds slept great. Enough pool passes for 6 I believe (we didn't use but so nice that you could!!) We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent from this company again!!!

Absolutely wonderful!! Great cabin, great location and the friendliest customer service ever. Cabin was clean and beautiful!! This was my 2nd year renting from here and I will rent again next year!!

We had a wonderful experience with American Patriot! The communication was clear, timely, and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, the house was spotless, and it perfectly reflected the images online. We had such a great trip, we decided to extend our stay another night. Every agent we spoke with was polite, friendly, and helpful. We will absolutely book with American Patriot again!

The cabin was plenty more than big enough for our family of 13. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival. Did have to make a service call and was helped immediately. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their services. Definitely can't wait for another visit in the future.

Communication regarding rental was great. Our first house rental fell through and I was immediately offered a refund or help with choosing a new rental. Check In/Out was very easy.

The place was immaculate. It had a wonderful view and was centrally located to everything. Absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again.
