We rented A203 at Waipouli Beach Resort through Kauai Exclusive. They were great to work with.

We had an amazing time. Room and the pool were amazing. The beds were so comfortable! Grocery store and other shopping is right in front of resort so so easy to get groceries. I would highly recommend.

My only complaint about the resort is the restaurant was only open Tuesday-Saturday from 4-9. Wednesdays they had live music and that was great.

The location was great. The condo we stayed in was clean and well furnished. All of the communication from the staff was clear and friendly.

The apartment was exactly as advertised in written description and photos. Thoughtfully included items such as beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were really helped us enjoy the island much more than we imagined. The "neighborhood" is lovely and generally quiet (the ubiquitous roosters notwithstanding) and has good vibes at sunset when people gather on the nearby beach to watch. If you like to run or walk, this is an ideal location.

Everything was easy. Great communication. No issues. Very nice place to stay for my family. I only wish Oasis was opened for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Our stay was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook at home. Nice showers, the beds were very comfortable. The view is amazing! Our accommodation were very clean!

We were booking a pretty last-minute trip for Christmas to Kauai. I could not find any places on Airbnb or VRBO that seem to be available for our dates.
I called and Janette and Alyssa immediately found three wonderful condos for me and the kids to stay in for our Christmas trip.
We got to experience the east and south accommodations. Their recommendations on everything from car rentals and getting around were very helpful.
The condos were amazing. The first place we were in had beachfront views that I don’t think could be topped. To wake up that first morning and see one of the most beautiful sunrises was a magnificent beginning to our stay.
We definitely recommend staying with this team.

Flawless stay. The property was exactly as it stated in the description. The host was excellent and very quick with all communications. The contactless check-in and check-out was absolutely smooth. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean, well stocked. We highly recommend.

First time booking through Kauai Exclusive and it won’t be the last. Been visiting Princeville for 12 years and this was one of our best experiences!

The people and service of Kauai Exclusive was excellent. The unit’s positioning of looking out at the ocean was the best. However, the unit itself needed more care i.e. carpet clean but with old stains, the kitchen faucet broken, the dryer clogged. The maintenance staff were great with fixing these things except the carpet. It just needs an update. We had a wonderful time as a family there in any case.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We had 2 units in the same building on the same floor. The units were well furnished, roomy and clean. Waipouli’s location was close to my sister’s house at the Homesteads, and walking distance to Safeway and various eateries. The grandchildren loved the lazy river, pool and beach in back.

A perfect Poipu rental! The home matched the description and photos exactly, and the management team was proactive with communication and even offered concierge help.

We had a great trip to Kauai and we really enjoyed the Waipouli Beach Resort. The unit was clean upon arrival and we didn't have any problems with the door codes. We needed a new water purifier and she delivered one the next day. I also called for a later check out because our flight got pushed back and she was able to at least give us until 11am. ( 10 a check out is on the early side in my opinion). Since this is considered a high end unit, a few things I think could make it even better....stock the kitchen with a few more essential things aside from salt and pepper ! The paper towels and toilet paper were extremely cheap, those are easy to upgrade. I would have appreciated a "basic" beach items. We have stayed at various places on the Big Island and Grand Cayman and they always have something that comes with the stay in the unit. Small beach chair(s), umbrella maybe even a small cooler or boogie board(s). We had to go out and buy or rent all these items which was wasted time from enjoying our trip. Then at the end of the trip, we just donated them to the unit because we didn't know what else to do with them. I'm sure MANY families have left chairs/ boards/ umbrellas with the unit. This would be appreciated by future families. The property has a lovely restaurant called Oasis that is wasting it's amazing space. The food was good, but it was only open 4 hours per day and not even every day of the week!!! So many families mentioned they would love to have breakfast or lunch there or get poolside drinks, but the place was never open when all the people could be giving them business $$$. All these affluent families were looking to give them business, yet they were barely open it seemed. Such a waste of a beautiful space for that restaurant.

Loved the jungle feel and access to surrounding area.

Very nice condo, great location, Pool, and other amenities were nice and well maintained. Onsite restaurant was had great views and friendly staff.

The unit was clean and well appointed. Great place. We have also stayed at the unit down the hall. G307. That actually has a better view of the pool and the ocean. We loved it even more than this one, but both are great

The Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas we great to have and not always supplied in other VRBOs that we have stayed at.
Great pool area and close to everything!
We would definitely stay again and rate as a 5 out of 5 experience.
