We understand the situation and truly regret any frustration this may have caused. Please note that your principal payoff payment was received after the promotional period had concluded. While the promotional period dates were included in both your contract and monthly billing statements, we recognize that a reminder could have been helpful and are actively reviewing how we can better support borrowers with timely notifications in the future.

Tell your doctor/dentist to find a different source for financing. This company will rip you off after the "promotional period"!
