She was so helpful ! She was very kind and took the time to really walk with me through all my options. I felt so much better after my phone call with clarisa.

Credit my account

I never received my service with ideal Image. Very unprofessional experience. Patient Fi will not refund my account. I have called several times. They are now telling me it can take up to 30-60 days! This whole experience has pretty much been a nightmare!

We hope you understand that PatientFi does not have control over the refund or cancellation policies of providers. However, trust that we have escalated your complaint and will do what is in our power help find the best possible resolution. Additionally, if you have not already, please contact Ideal Image directly to cancel your services with them and request your loan funding be returned to PatientFi so that the loan can be cancelled. Clarissa was extremely helpful, kind and patient with me as she walked me through accepting the loan and explained all of the terms of the loan to me. She is a gem! Give her a big raise!
