Very good experience with parts big boss.mujhe meri swift ka gear sleeve kahi bhi nhi mil raha tha phir mne parts big boss se order kiya aur mujhe after a week mil gya thankyou so much.

On the date October 2nd 2025, I had remitted an amount of Rs. 3120/- for delivering 1 No. Silencer Assembly for my DATSUN READYGO car. They had assured to deliver this with in 12 days period. After expiring the committed date, they requested one more week's time for my enquiry.
Since then no response at all. Phone either switched off or no response. Send so many emails. Finally contacted their chief . He directed another person to collect my Bank Details for the refund. Nothing happened. Now I have to visit Gaziabad to get my refund. I fear they were employing some goons to handle me. It has happened in INDIA and is a shame for all Indians. Chandran from KERALA.

Ordered on 06/06/2026 and paid in advance. Still no delivery, no tracking updates, and no response from customer support. Very disappointing experience. Buy at your own risk.

Ordered door inner handle for scopio,order id: 100226310,paid advance 130,dated 14 feb 26, still now not received the parts, there watsapp is no longer in use,kindly don't order in this website,save your hard earned monies.

I have ordered 3 relay's from there website on 25th May and received the order on 16th June, in this interval there website is showing "processing" and not showing any tracking id and not showing that till when my order will be delivered and i thought it is a fraud website then i tried to contact them but there were not picking calls and not answering my mails but eventually they delivered it. So think before you buy anything from there website and see reviews before buying anything from any unknown website.

I have been cheated badly,i never expected that someone would rob someone like this. Now i am never going to fall into the hand of such a fraud.

I HAVE ORDERED THE WINDOW REGULATOR RHS FRONT FOR MY VEHICLE ON 16-05-2026, I HAVE PAID 10% OF THE PAYMENT, ON THE SAME DAY

BUT WHEN I TRACK I COULD NOT SEE ANY ORDER PLACED, THEN MY MONEY OF 10% PAYMENT IS BEEN EVAPOURED, WHERE TO CONTACT FOR MY PAID AMOUNT

Parts ordered were delivered to me successfully. Although it took sometime, delivery was satisfactory for a COD.
However now, it remains to be seens if the parts ordered are genuine. Will be checking on the performance of the parts in 6 months time from now.
So far so good.

I purchased a side mirror on 23rd April and paid Rs100 as advance.When checked their site its under processing.Tried to contact their whats app no relpy.
I think its a shell company.
Please careful to purchase from incredible compies like this.

I ordered a side mirror 20 days ago and paid also for this, till today I did not got anything and my money also did not get back. They are fraud don't purchase anything from this website. I got finally my order after comment but not useful for me.

Till now my parts has not received and no updates. Always phone switched off mode. What's app call ringing but no one is picking. Messages delivered but no reply.

Really dear friends, dont order any parts from this bigboss parts company.
