Absolute rip-off. I ordered three separate parts for my bike, including an air filter and a fuel tank cap. Instead of delivering my full order, they only marked and sent a single item (the oil filter) and pocketed the rest of the money. Shipping only a fraction of what was paid for without delivering the rest is completely fraudulent. Zero stars if I could. Do not buy from them!

Worst experience
It's been long time i had ordered on 8th Jan 2026 but till date neither item received nor amount refunded, have done so many followup on support mail but they only write sir your part will be delivered in next 24 hr.

You did fraud of my ₹1481 ordered on 25th feb, but i cancelled it because of your non availability of product, and your team has informed that a refund had initiated on 17th March but after 3.5months of this the has not been refunded. I will complete against u on consumer forum.

Well I received the product safe and sound without any damage. The delivery was a bit long but got the product untampered. Will definitely order again for the parts as almost every part is available ( not screws and washers and rubbers).

A bunch of stupid people are working in the customer support with no intention to help. The services they provide are shit. Lot and lots of issues.
1. Part delivery are delayed for months.
2. If returning the product forget about the money refund.
3. No body has any idea what they are in charge off.
4. Mail and chat support (only customer support) is a waste.

I got my item but delivery is too late please work on your delivery system and also if you don't have any item in your warehouse please inform the customer that the item will first come from another warehouse then it will be delivered also inform them about how many days it will take to deliver.

Price is slightly upper than normal market price.

Frauds. I brought a carburettor for my hero hunk and they send me damaged one and claimed I used it.

Be aware of this website. It appears to be a fake and fraudulent operation.

They took my payment but never delivered the product.
After multiple follow-ups, they claimed that a refund was initiated, but no amount has been credited till now.
They also failed to provide any valid refund reference or UTR number.

This is a complete scam experience.
I strongly advise everyone not to make any payment on this website.
Save your money and avoid this platform.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order (Order ID: #455915) and never received the product. It has now been more than 2 months, and I still have not received my ₹1,629 refund.

The company repeatedly sent automated replies and made multiple promises that the refund had been "initiated," but failed to provide any ARN/UTR number or actual proof of the transaction. They kept changing timelines and delaying the process while providing no genuine resolution.

Customers should be very careful before purchasing from this website. In my experience, they took my money, failed to deliver the product, and have still not returned my refund after more than two months.

I have preserved all emails, screenshots, and transaction details and am proceeding with further escalation through consumer authorities and my bank.

Very very very bad service I ordered a fuel pump seal part from the On Wheels website on May 22nd. Order number: 486458, but I haven't received it as of today, June 16th. I don't even know where my order has arrived
