One of my worst experiences ever.. I have placed an order (ID:#1782471265-1893) for wheel covers and ORVM skull caps for both sides(LH-RH) on 26th of June and it took them 8 days to deliver that is (4th of July), even after charging premium for delivery and platform fees which they have charged near about 1k from me.
Okay even after considering all the exorbitant pricing for shipping and platform fee that they charge they sent me just one wheel cap instead of four after all this year of owning car I have never seen people selling single piece of wheel cap/cover instead of the whole set which is not even clearly mentioned in the product info page.
And their Callousness doesn't even end there after checking properly found out the ORVM skull caps/covers they've sent me are both for the right hand side itself... even if the OEM packaging says one for RH and the other for LH. I mean I can't even begin to explain the frustration I was feeling when I took my car to the garage to get them fitted.
No wonder Boodmo got 1 stars on Trustpilot (as we can't rate below that). Should have checked before placing the order........Anyways

TLDR: NEVER BUY FROM BOODMO...SCUM*$

I ordered the first-time canister (model number: 18560M66R00) on May 17, 2026, with the order number 1779010300-5466. The initial delivery date was set for May 27, 2026. Although the order was prepaid, it was not delivered, and my order was canceled on the last day of the scheduled delivery.

The second time, I ordered the same item (order number: 1781582883-7449) on June 16, 2026, with a delivery date of July 2, 2026. However, that delivery date has now been revised to July 17, 2026. I am uncertain whether I will actually receive the item by the revised date.

This experience makes me feel that Boodmo does not value its customers. They take orders and hold onto customers' money, only to cancel orders at the last minute. I request that senior management investigate why this is happening. Additionally, I would like to know if other customers are experiencing similar issues.

They never sent product on time. This happened twice with me. Worst service.

Boodmo has completely failed on both delivery and basic customer service. I placed an order that was explicitly promised for delivery within 25 days. Instead, they repeatedly postponed it, forcing me to wait for over 93 days. After nearly over three months of endless delays, I still didn't get my items. Now that the order is cancelled, they are dragging their feet and delaying my refund. They do not know how to treat paying customers. Save yourself the headache and money.do not use this useless app.

They are charging 12.5 percent as platform fee on cart value. And delivery time also months. This will be end of BOODMO.com sales.

Very Pathetic site. boodmo.com delivers poor-quality parts, enforces restrictive return policies, and offers frustrating, unresponsive customer support, making the overall buying experience unreliable and highly disappointing.

Don’t trust this website this is a scam for most of the time I have paid the money and the delivery was showing 1day later changed to 3 days I taught okay I will get it how ever but the thing is I never got it from weeks together tracking info noting says out for delivery and by evening the page doesn’t work. Same story every day

Launched many support requests all of them are assigned to Anuj Kumar I never got any replay till date. I don’t even know will I get a delivery or not. No communication from the team no support I am not expecting 1 mins or 1 hrs reply but not able to replay for days what’s happening? What is this ?

​Despite the error being entirely on your end, I am being forced to deal with a tedious return process, including demands for unboxing videos and photos.
​As a customer, I have a few serious concerns:
​Does your system have any Quality Check (QC) process at all?
​Why should the customer pay the price for your mistake with their time and effort?
​Why is there no 'Open Box Delivery' facility? If this option were available, such mistakes would be caught at the time of delivery, saving both parties a lot of trouble.
​This experience has severely shaken my trust in your platform. I request you to prioritize my return request and resolve this immediately. I hope you will work on improving your services."

Ye log bhot purane product bhej dete hai jo non returnable hote hai so please humare paise ki value kre hume sahi or new product hi delivered kre.

Typical Gurgaon company with no carevfor customers having so many vendors selling items without having them in stock!!

Once you place the order vendors try to procure. This is adding to late delivery and also non fulfilment of orders.

Unless they change their attitude and make sure their vendors have the stocks in hand before listing their products they are heading for Dooms Day!!!

Very poor experience with Boodmo.

My order was delayed multiple times, and even after paying delivery charges, the courier (DTDC) refused to deliver to my address. Instead, they asked me to go and collect the parcel from their office.

Later, I received a message saying the address was incorrect, even though I had provided the correct address while ordering. This shows a complete lack of coordination between Boodmo and their courier partners.

Customers should not be forced to pay for delivery and still go pick up their own parcel.

Highly disappointed with the service. Not recommended.

im Abdul Ajij.my order no- 1770796198-9939, before also purches with boodmo.but last month im purches spare parts from boodmo 3 items delevired others 2 are not came and continue im rise token same kind of answer come by mail. boodmo no have customer care number only IVR number wich one showing in website. even mail also came same word use i think this mail also generate by IVR, im relly very bad exprience with boodmo this time. im try to contact but not workout.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company based on my recent experience.

I placed an order for a left-side headlight for my Hyundai Verna (Order No. #1769417637-4828) at a cost of ₹4,526. However, instead of the headlight, I received a rear-view mirror. Additionally, the delivery was delayed beyond the timeline promised at the time of ordering.
When I initiated a return request for the incorrectly delivered item, I was informed that the returned product did not match the original ordered item, and therefore I was not eligible for a refund. The only resolution offered was to dispatch the correct headlight as a replacement.
Since the incorrect item was delivered and the process caused significant delay, I had no option but to purchase the required headlight from another supplier to avoid further inconvenience. Consequently, accepting a replacement from Boodmo is no longer practical. Due to the lack of proper support and resolution from the company, I have incurred a financial loss.

This was my first experience with Boodmo, and unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing. I will not be purchasing from them again and would caution others to exercise discretion before engaging with this company.

They are the worth typical north Indian company. Please don't purchase anything from them.
1 .they will take money.
2. They will keep extending dates.
3. They don't have any human customer care. It's automated that doesn't solve anything.
4. They simply use your money.
5. You won't get product delivery as they dont have anything. Yuu have to fight a lot to recover your money.

Its not even worth 1 star. Have to select bcos cant select 0 stars. These are shameless set of people who dont have any shame left. Instead of delivering the product which is sitting is sitting at one place for a week, they want more time to deliver. The destination is just 30 mins from location. It’s sitting there since 3 days. If you guys have little bit shame left pls deliver it ASAP or refund the money.

Absolutely Useless. No responsibility for the sale of goods on their website. Why are they selling/allowing to be sold products which are not in stock. Oh yes they take you money and then keep it indefinitely. I have been messaging them since the ordering to ask them to contact the sellar (40 days) and only a yesterday did they finally say they would escalate to the relevant team. They should have sent by now if I am to get on the due date, which according to Arun (senior Ex) can be changed.

My experience with Boodmo has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a steering part worth ₹8,000, got it installed at a Hyundai authorised service centre, and it was immediately found to be defective. The steering started rotating on its own, and the service centre technician clearly confirmed the part was faulty. I even paid job cancellation charges because of this.

Despite providing videos, photos, explanations, SAS reset confirmation, and finally a written note from Hyundai Service Centre, Boodmo kept delaying and asking for more “proof.” Their return process is unnecessarily complicated, slow, and frustrating. It feels as if they assume every customer is lying and every product they sell is perfect.

I have never returned anything from my past orders, yet this time they made me run behind service centres, request written reports, and still acted as if it wasn’t enough. No other e-commerce platform asks for this much paperwork to return a clearly defective product.

What went wrong is simple:
A defective part was delivered, and instead of helping, Boodmo made the process painful, time-consuming, and mentally exhausting. Their customer support kept repeating scripted replies and dragged a simple return request into an endless loop of unnecessary demands.

This experience has completely broken my trust in Boodmo. I will not buy from them again, and no customer should have to struggle this much just to return a faulty product. If this is how they treat genuine buyers, then something is seriously wrong with their system.
