Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Responses were immediate which is a bit unusual these days and they fixed the problem I was having with downloading the manual. The manual was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. This was for an obsolete piece of equipment. Really glad they had it. Crystal clear like new copy. Will definitely use them again. The minute I paid via PayPal the download for the manual was emailed to me. No wait time which was great because I needed it right then.

Very speedy customer service

Very speedy customer service , quick response time, and product as described, the manual I received is on point and very helpful, breaks down every area of the bike into super descriptive detail.

Bought a parts catalog for Case…

Bought a parts catalog for Case excavator, first got a unusable corrupted file and no response from "customer service" for days after several attempts to reach them, but was finally sent a download link with the correct file. Nice catalogue, so I'm happy with the purchase.
