Convenient way to add parking and extend while at event, but "extend" button does not confirm extension- it adds more parking. Possibly the App could add a "confirm" "accept" or "are you sure" but... Näytä lisää

It’s just a great app. My only issue with it is the parking attendants that VERY often still issue tickets without checking to see that the car has paid for parking. It becomes extremely frustrating... Näytä lisää

Very Convenient for parking where you…

Very Convenient for parking where you don’t have to to go feed money to machine bc everything is at your finger tips via phone. It alert you when time is running out so that you can add money to your parking. It’s the best app for parking !!!!

Have the ease of adding time to your…

Have the ease of adding time to your parking without worrying about making it back to the machine. I have not figured out yet how to add time to the machine. It says you can do it but I had enough problems fighting the ticket now because of a issue. So you know what I rather deal with this app

Used app to buy parking but it turned…

Used app to buy parking but it turned out my account was linked to an old license plate different car. This is NOT clear when you use the app - so got a ticket. These people must make hundreds of thousands of dollars every week from this mistake since the appeal process with local city is a big pain in the butt. Perfect example of sneaky tech enshittification !

ParkMobile in Tampa FL

ParkMobile in Tampa, FL.
We were in town from out of state meeting friends for dinner. We parked the rental car near what we thought was the correct restaurant. Within moments of paying for parking with ParkMobile we realized we were in the wrong location. I have reached out multiple times via emails to see how to be refunded only to receive emails from 'Carlos in Monterrey Mexico' that I need to contact the operators of said parking lot. No one knows who that would be. I called the City of Tampa parking div, and was told I needed to reach out to ParkMobile, the 3rd party.
I am still waiting for a solution.
