Convenient way to add parking and extend while at event, but "extend" button does not confirm extension- it adds more parking. Possibly the App could add a "confirm" "accept" or "are you sure" but... Näytä lisää

It’s just a great app. My only issue with it is the parking attendants that VERY often still issue tickets without checking to see that the car has paid for parking. It becomes extremely frustrating... Näytä lisää

Avoid ParkMobile Business at All Costs — It’s a Scam Disguised as a Service

ParkMobile Business is, quite frankly, one of the most deceptive and dysfunctional services I’ve ever encountered. The app does not work as advertised. Features that are clearly promoted—like account management, easy cancellations, and business dashboard functionality—are either completely non-existent or so broken that they’re unusable. It’s false advertising, plain and simple.

Worse, there is no in-app way to cancel your subscription. You’ll be forced into a frustrating cycle of unanswered emails and ignored requests. I submitted multiple cancellation and refund requests, all of which were blatantly ignored. Not a single response. Not a single refund.

This is not just poor customer service—it’s predatory. It feels intentionally designed to lock you in, extract payment, and then disappear when support is needed.

ParkMobile Business is not a business tool. It’s a scam operating under the veneer of legitimacy. Avoid it at all costs, and don’t fall for the same trap I did. If you've already signed up, check your billing statements and cancel your payment method immediately

This app really makes parking easier

This app really makes parking easier. Instead of shuffling around for coins or roaming around for the parking station, this app really helps me park and pay so quickly! Also recharging the parking meter is so easier and so convenient on my phone!! Thank you!!!

Worst support experience.

Filed 6 support tickets, all closed by them without solving the issue. Phone support takes forever to be connected, then after the call connected, the agent said she could not hear me and hung up.
2 years after they were hacked I still cannot get my account back.

Super easy to use and convenient

Super easy to use! It’s stressful enough to have to find parking when driving around, it’s wonderful not having to worry about paying, whether your in the right spot, tracking how much time you have, increasing time, etc. All that is taken care of by the app. Thank you!!!
