Pardo's Shop Arvostelua

It was rather quick and fast... Pretty good quality and good customer service.

It is so good to have a company that makes it easier to obtain collectables from Japan and China easily in the west.
Products are authentic and at the retailed price usually sold at in their origin countries.

Good shop. Can sometimes find stuff long out of stock in other places. Respond fast to email questions.

One of the few where you can get merch for some games without having to try to navigate a chinese website. I also don't have any complaints about customer service either, my experience was great!

The whole process was simple and straight forward , the shipping and delivery was fast(despite the delay) while at affordable price. Overall really satisfied and will be buying again.

Another well packaged shipment and it even included some small amazing extras related to the product and as advertised no EU customs.

The box it came was really beaten up but the figure was wrapped in bubble wrap so it was fine. The figure also arrived after a month or so andhad additional fee on delivery which is weird since this shop is EU based from my understanding

Not the first time I ordered from Pardos and as usual they did a great job in the packaging. My bag arrived very fast and without any issues. I'm super satisfied with them and I intend to keep buying from them! Also they're always super fast and responsive if there's any question.

The service is great! We kept informed by mail where the package was. Nice product, better then we expected.

Quick and easy shipping and payment and high quality items for anyone wondering the items are shipped directly from mihoyo from china without the need to worry about customs

I made the purchase from Chile, so good experience and 100% recommended. The item arrived in good condition.

Macht weiter so !

Einfach alles

The shipping was fast and the product was good, though i would have liked if there would have been a estimated time for the delivery when i bought it.
