the quality is very good. It took some time before my package had arrived but it was defenitely worth the wait.

Ich konnte meinen Augen nicht glauben, wo ich den Shop entdeckt habe. Ich dachte ich bin im 7ten Himmel. Die Qualität der Ware/Kleidung ist sehr gut. Hab jetzt die Sachen locker 2-3 Monate ständig getragen und sind bis heute noch gut. Hab paar mal was zurückgesendet und die Kommunikation war echt gut. 100% weiterzuempfehlen:)

Richtig Bewerten kann ich erst wenn die Vorbestellung vollständig angekommen ist und nicht nur der kleine Bonus.
Der Support hat aber sehr schnell reagiert um die Verwirrung zu klären.

But the figure (jing yuan hsr) is the real deal.

Commandé à plusieurs reprises, principalement pour du merch Honkai Impact 3rd, l'expérience a été superbe ! On obtient après quelques jours un lien de suivi afin de vérifier où en est notre colis, puis on obtient un autre lien de suivi une fois arrivé dans notre pays et que le moyen de livraison de notre pays prends le relais.
Pour ma part, sur une de mes livraisons, je suis tombé sur La Poste, qui n'est vraiment pas terrible par chez moi, mais cela ne dépend pas d'eux.
Les articles sont parfaitement rangés et calés dans le carton, le carton de la livraison est épais, ce qui est rassurant pour la "santé" du contenu.
Je n'ai commandé pour le moment que des vêtements et autres articles pas trop fragile, donc je peux pas donner d'avis ni de retour d'expérience sur une commande de figurine, mais pour des vêtements ou autres accessoires comme des sacs, sacoches ou coffrets anniversaire de personnage, tous mes articles sont arrivés en parfait état, et je trouve la qualité de leur vêtement excellente ! (Dépend des matériaux pour les vêtements et de vos goûts personnels, donc pensez à vérifier lors de vos achats ce genre de détails !)

My statue arrived with only a small Problem that was resolved really quicky even during the holiday period.

Other than that the statue is in perfect condition.

Long wait time for shipping. I still have not received the items I purchased( ordered ) 12/2. Based on the shipping updates I’m still not sure when I will receive them.

Shipped to the Netherlands within 2 weeks which was a lot faster than I expected. Had some small issues with my address, but thanks to Pardo's Shop's customer service it was resolved very quickly. Thanks guys, will order again!

The Elysia figure arrived perfectly, with the box even wrapped fully in bubble wrap. The figure actually shipped out earlier then what the expected time frame was. It was a great experience and I'd happily buy from here again.

Ich habe mir kürzlich ein limitiertes Stigma gekauft und kann mich nicht beschweren, die Qualität ist perfekt. Lieferung kam auch nur nach ein paar Tagen an.

Die qualitativ hochwertige und elegante Verpackung hat das ebenso hochwertige Stigma optimal geschützt. Die Anbringung war kinderleicht und durch eine Anleitung auch für unerfahrene Heimwerker machbar.

Great experience overall. The package was delivered in around 2 weeks at my regular post office, so no issues in picking it up. Was a bit confused on how to track my order, but figured it out after searching a bit on the website. Goods are packed nicely, so nothing to complain about. And I already ordered again, waiting for my New year gifts to arrive. Thanks Pardo Shop for great prices and the ability to deliver to Russia, it's a rarity these days!
