I absolutely love Palome’s clothes- classic, and good quality.
They also haven’t compromised on their customer service. I was really impressed when I contacted them that my return had not been processed, and I believe it might have been lost in the post. As I had proof of postage they kindly still honoured the return and the service was responsive and professional.

I love my Versailles cashmere jumper
I literally love my Versailles cashmere jumper. It’s my favourite wardrobe piece at the moment. I purchased in cream & will also buy the black one. It’s so soft and I get compliments whenever I wear it. It’s so pretty with the mother of pearl buttons & slightly puffed detail on the shoulders. I just love it!

Super simple ordering. Excellent quality, fits over the curves beautifully. The high neck is elegant. Looked great with jeans but also great with my skirt at Sunday lunch.

I have been inspired by ads on Instagram in the past and then marvelled at my gullibility when said product arrived. Not this time.
Both knits really were of stunning quality. They have worn well (not been off my back in the case of the short sleeved one.)

Beautifully designed silk dress
What a great find! I bought the Pimlico Silk Dress and I'm delighted with it. The quality of the silk is superb and it's cut really well and is very flattering. The sizing on this style is quite generous and I sized down to an 8. I am 5 ft 4 inches tall and the length is good at mid calf. I cannot believe how good value for money this dress is considering the quality and how well its made. Can't wait to wear it to a black tie fashion event later this month.

Clothes are such good quality and lovely designs. I bought the satin skirt and two thin wool tops and I love them. Customer services were lovely too when I spoke to them about returning a pair of jeans that were too small
