They definitely went above and beyond what was expected by contacting me to ensure that I hadn't made a mistake choosing to pick up rather than have a delivery. And it was all ready for me super quick, I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and picked it up on the Sunday. Perfect.
The product itself - the 8" square plate - was ideal for the food we were serving. Very robust, strong enough to balance a glass of wine as well, looked attractive and are all now in our compost heap! Ideal.
