I am so happy with my first order from Palm Leaf, their customer service support couldn’t be better! Their product looks beautiful and arrived really quickly and well packaged. I’m already ordering more. Thank you

Lack of communication…

The products were excellent when I got them.
However I paid extra to have them delivered quickly but they were a day late.
Perhaps it was the carriers fault but I have had no information from yourselves as to why there was a delay.

Excellent product

Very pleased with this purchase for a family party and all went straight in the composting bin instead of landfill afterwards - very satisfying. Will definitely buy again.

Great Products

Arrived pretty quickly, even there was a bank holiday.
Quality excellent, my guests liked
it. Got some left for the next party.
The used products are on our compost now.
I can only recommend Palm Leaf UK!!

Palm Leaf saved our Event !!

Palm Leaf came to the "rescue" when another company let us down 48hrs before our event for 200 people. We had placed an order with another company for bagasse plates around 9 days before our event, it took that company 6 days to advise us that there was no stock. I was in a panic but found Palm Leaf online, they confirmed stock levels immediately and dispatched the plates for next day delivery. The items were an even better alternative to bagasse plates & all received in perfect condition. Thank you!!

Excellent product and speedy delivery

Excellent product and speedy delivery. First time using Pam leaf plates and they were so superior to soggy paper plates and still environmentally friendly!
