Hidden fee
Delivery was delayed but in the end everything arrived and I received what I ordered. But the sting in the tail was that I was told AUD$98.98. When I received my bank statement I was also charged an international transaction fee of $3.46 meaning my money was paid to an overseas account and the bank then charged me an international fee. This was unexpected. If it is explained on Ozerty's website, then it was not prominent enough for me to see

Complete scam.
Like most on here I was charged an "eco product fee" of $29.95 - which I missed, so my bad. However, the order email came thru and had a notation regarding the "eco product fee" stating that it could be avoided/refunded if another order was placed within 2 hours of the original order and if the cumulative total of the 2 orders exceeded $40 AUD.
So I had a decision to make - eat the $29.95 loss, or order a few small items to recoup the $29.95, which I did. My second order totalled $43.
All of their criteria had been met - orders exceeded $40 AUD, second order completed within 2 hours, both order numbers emailed requesting a refund of $29.95.
So far I have exchanged 9 emails and they refuse to acknowledge or address the refund. My bank is now disputing he transaction on my behalf.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am another customer who got 'surprised' with the service charge - cheap items, no shipping, but we will double the overall price with our hidden service charge. When I questioned this I was told that it was clearly explained. No. It wasn't. Beware. Now to actually receive a refund I need to ship my items back to China at my expense. Beware!

Ripped me off with hidden "eco charges". I tried to immediately cancel my order. They told me it was too late and said to send it to an address in china for my refund. Sending it back cost me an extra $20 and when they refunded me, they didnt even refund the full amount. These people are scam artists!

Please avoid this company at all costs!!! They impose a unsolicited $29.95 ' eco charge ' on any purchase under $45 which is outrageous and when you complain they refuse to remove the charge instead blame you for not spending more! So you wouldn't have been hit with the 'eco charge ' disgusting!!

I belive they finalised an order that I did not procceed with .I had entered my card details but did not proceed because of unspecified eco charches.
I hit the back button thinking thats all i needed to do only to recive an email 2 days later confirming my $25 order plus $25 eco charge. They did not offer to cancle the order but told me to send it back to an address in china and pay the postage cost if I wanted a refund dispite it being shipped from an address here in Australia. Total scammers beware

I had a terrible experience with this seller. I ordered the Ortho wear shoes for my mum and they charged me hidden charges which they call as eco charges which was not written anywhere in my purchase price not only the shoes are different from description but the quality was far below what was advertised. It felt like a complete rip-off.
I tried reaching out to the seller to resolve the issue, but they were either unresponsive or unhelpful. It’s clear they are not interested in customer satisfaction once they’ve made the sale.
Save your money and avoid this seller. I regret not reading more reviews before my purchase.

Ozerty is a rip off
Ozerty is a rip off, they lure you in with reasonable prices and at no time whilst completing the order are you made aware of a minimum order. Then bang you get charge an extra $30 (I don't remember the exact amount) and the original item was $9.00. When I want to return the item I am told to send it to China at a cost of $30 so once again another rip off. I will never use Ozerty.

Make a purchase then they will add additional products to up the pricing after checkout, then will send you an invoice and add charges for further services (for god knows what!) Like everyone else here I should’ve checked reviews before ordering. They slapped an “eco charge” on my order of something like $33, when my order was only $39. The amount did not show until after I had paid. I’m currently trying to get a refund and being told how I’m helping the environment by paying the charge. Crazy scammer behaviour.
