Went to return my unopened order to the address (87 Ross St PORT MELBOURNE) which was on the OZERTY Returns and Refund section today. I couldn't find anyone at this address as there are 12 units at this number. How convenient it that!

Also the phone number listed for this address belongs to a gentleman who is not connected in any way to this dreadful company and doesn't live at that address. A Sydney phone number listed on ORZERTY website only has a recorded message. They obviously don't want to be contacted.

The more I discover about this company the more suspicious I become. Please make sure you check your bank statements and in order not to be constantly charged you can "Manage your subscription" which I have done and hope it is successful. There is a lot of fine print on their emails so read every thing very carefully

Returned items need to be sent to CHINA!!! Will cost far more than the items purchased for many customers.

This is a scam. Not only do you not receive what you order, they charge a subscription without you knowing or signing up. Luckily I checked my account and they only stole once. Will report to my bank for a refund but STAY AWAY

I believe these people are scammers. They promise a $10 refund if you give a review, which of course never materialises and the emails from them never stop

They get you into a monthly subscription without you even realise it and then they don’t want to give you your money back. Not recommended

Wish I could rate it one star. Not only was the product I purchased of low quality and completely unusable for what it's meant for, the company charged me $29.95 a week after I made the purchase and then a further $60 for some sort of subscription I never signed up for the month after. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. I bought some clip on teeth for $15 (which didn't work at all, they didn't clip on) and they later hit me with a another $29.95 for an eco payment that I hadn't agreed to and then about a month later I noticed a $60 payment debited from my visa. I have disputed the 2 payments with my bank and have had to cancel my card.

I bought a cheap $9 product and then got charged the extra $29.95 Eco Fee from no where. It is has been renamed a Flexpay fee I see now and claim that added as a credit to your account. Dodgy products and wouldn't want to buy again from them anyway. Now they have also charged a $60 VIP subscription fee they will try to get every 28 days, that I never signed up for or saw anywhere on the site at the time of buying the small product. If you don't cancel this it will keep getting paid. I'm guessing they take it a month later hoping no one notices! It borders on criminal that they take advantage and bury it in their T&Cs without noting it any where up front. Im sure they will claim it was available to be read and users fault for not taking the time to find this buried in their system. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Was charge an extra $29, 24 hours after . "Apperently because i didn't spend $40 . Its supposedly there for me to use when i spend $40 ..
Steer clear from this company...

After placing an order for some items I then found an additional charge of $30 taken from my account. After enquiring about it and providing the required information and being told I would get a reply in 24 hours I still haven't received a reply 4 days later. I had to cancel my card before they stole more money.

I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund on a product I was charged for and never recieved. When I reach out to Ozerty I always get the same reply, "At the moment, your refund request is in our processing queue, as we are currently handling refunds for several customers in the order they were received." DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I hope this company doesn`t exist it is the worst company ever i have dealt with.If it is AI only its on some serious drugs.

Update. This company has a discussing way of commercials and customer service. You would find it the way they answer the reviews, after long periods of time and with an automated message for every single bad review.

Being charged twice for one product and they say they are raising awareness for people to consolidate their purchases….. I only ordered one product, I only wanted one product, and apparently because if it’s under $40 I get an “eco charge” on top, oh and my order still hasn’t arrived…! Please please DO NOT order from this company, they are nothing short of thieves, I don’t know how they sleep at night ripping people off like they are. Unacceptable 😡

I needed to purchase a non fluoride toothpaste. First thing I see? Ozerty! So I’ve placed an order and purchased 2 tubes for less than $50 from this mob. Little did I know, I have been charged extra money for all kinds of things. Well my 2 tubes of toothpaste are now worth $52 each or $104. And yes, I’ve sent an email requesting to cancel the order only to received half baked responses of “sorry but the order has been released and is being picked”, “cancel when you receive the order” and so on. I’m always checking independent customer reviews or Trust Pilot and the one time I don’t check I get scammed. After a month of waiting (yep, the order was delayed by some 3 weeks but I still could not cancel), I received the said toothpaste only to discover I could have purchase it on EBay and pay less than $15 with FREE DELIVERY and no environmental offsets. At the price I’ve paid I believe even Dior would have sold it cheaper. Boiling with anger right now. Avoid like a bad smell.

Thought I was getting a good deal until I checked my bank account to find I had been charged $29.95 for a so called eco charge. I wish I had checked this 'Company' out before my purchase. Buyers beware! Avoid it like the plague.
Received order 6th November, wrapped in 3 layers of plastic and nothing like image on website. I have been well and truly scammed.

This company is disgusting. After charging me $23.15 for something I DID NOT ORDER they then made another charge 2 days later of $30.84. Have reported them to my bank. BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I brought a product which I believed it was from a Australian site , but got charged in USD , then on top of that got a extra 2 charges the day after I will see if we got the product but going by others this may not happen , will consider charge back

Scammers! Stay away from this company. they charge your card without authorization with “Eco charges” they charged me $30 extra dollars without my consent, the purchase was $21…
SCAM

I ordered something for 15 AUD, but in the end, I was charged 25 AUD, plus an extra unauthorized payment of 48 (!!) AUD. After reading these comments, I immediately blocked my card, as I saw that many people were charged multiple times, even months after the initial payment. How can something advertised for 15 AUD end up costing over 70 AUD? What a bunch of scammers stealing money from people. My question is: how can this business still operate on a day-to-day basis?
