Cardio-vascular risk reduced
As ever my order arrived in next to no time.
I like the packaging, even though it looks like plastic I would guess there to be less of it than with tub containers , however zero plastic would be better still.
I have used this plant sterol powder before in combination with slightly healthier eating, a few more park runs and a really good quality vegan omega 3 supplement. I got my cholesterol down from a staggering 7.1 ( in my defence the test was done over the Christmas hols) to an astounding 3.2 in about 3 months .
I was told that my ratio of “good/ bad cholesterol was good.
I don’t really like the slightly gritty texture - but I like living and want to do it for as long as I can so happy to embrace it.
I got some slightly concerned looks at work when the gritty white powder dropped out of my sandwiches !
My husband was doing 2weeks NHS home B/P monitoring as it was consistently well above 140/90 and he is trying to hard to avoid going onto meds by making lifestyle changes (mainly reducing his salt intake which is his only vice ) after the first dose of the OV B/P tablets it was 132/77. I’m not sure if this dramatic change in the bottom reading was a fluke , lifestyle changes finally taking effect or — actually the tablets !

They could well be the most responsible seller of supplements, because they use lower dosages than most other suppliers, and most of their tablets are scored, enabling people to find the minimum dosage to be effective.
Please ensure to make all your tablets scored and easy to break without a pill cutter.
