I had a really lovely experience with Dr Helen Kennedy. She was kind, pleasant, professional, and very helpful throughout the appointment. She made me feel comfortable, listened to, and really took the time to go through all of my NHS documents and previous test results carefully.

I especially appreciated how reassuring she was when discussing HRT, my age, and my family history of breast cancer. She explained everything clearly and made me feel much more comfortable and confident about my options. I never felt rushed and felt genuinely cared for throughout the appointment.

The whole service was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the healthcare assistant was also very kind and professional. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this service.

From the minute you step in the door you feel at ease and welcomed. I saw Dr Barber for a menopause appointment, she is friendly, approachable and professional. I felt truly heard and understood. She explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The reception lady and nurse were also really lovely. I came away feeling uplifted, reassured and hopeful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Barber and her team to anyone.

I found Dr Barber to be very knowledgeable, explained my options clearly. I had been been struggling to find the best solution through my GP. Dr Barber gave me hope that I can improve my symptoms and get back to feeling more like myself. The appointment was worth every penny and I would highly recommend.

Had an appt with Dr Katie today what an experience! Felt listened to and came away feeling so energised. I haven’t even started the HRT medication but already feel uplifted. Given lots of options and advice. Thank you

Excellent clinic, pleasant and welcoming. I wasn't rushed and was listened to by Dr Kennedy who explained my problem in detail and gave me strategies and information to help with symptoms. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Had my initial menopause consultation at Oxford Menopause earlier today. I felt I was genuinely listened to, had my treatment options explained clearly and choices respected. Yesterday I went to Oxford Menopause and met Dr Katie Barber. From the beginning to the end of my appointment she made me feel heard and not rushed in any way at all. She is extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I am truly grateful for her time and am so pleased I went to see her as having had cancer I wanted to clarify some concerns, which she did.
Oxford Menopause is a lovely practice in a great location. Easy to find and lots of parking on site.
The Receptionist, whose name I didn’t get, was lovely too.

I've experienced a lot of menopause specialists and consultants and then I came across Oxford Menopause and Dr Katie Barber. Dealing with everyone at Oxford Menopause is a real treat. Katie is one of a kind. Highly professional, friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend OM as the first choice for menopause care.

A very positive experience throughout, I was made to feel very comfortable from the word go, by the receptionist and the setting. Dr Katie Barber is very personable and patient, immediately making me feel understood and at ease. Explanations were clearly given as well as being thorough and with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

The service and care that Dr Katie Barber and her team provide is outstanding. Dr Barber has fantastic expertise as well as wonderful interpersonal skills. I have a long and complex history of chronic vulval pain, but Dr Barber was able to diagnose immediately, explain and then provide a treatment plan. I cannot recommend her highly enough; her clinic has been pivotal in my recovery.

This was the first time I visited the clinic, I was met by a friendly receptionist, who made me feel at ease, then weighed by the nurse, Doctor Shah was very patient while I tried to get into my NHS account. I felt like she explained everything clearly to me & tried her hardest to help me before referring me tothe Manor hospital

2nd visit to Dr Kennedy and really happy with expert advise , all staff friendly and professional.

I was very confused about my post menopausal symptoms, which were really affecting my life. I took my blood test results with me. The Dr talked me through how my estrogen levels where too low based on my current HRT they need to be increased. She made several recommendations which all seemed to make sense. It was a relief to speak to an expert and obtain clarification. Thank you

I have been consulting Dr Katie for years. She has guided me through a most difficult menopause. Always upbeat, kind, interested, helpful and ready to listen to all my concerns.
I cannot recommend her and her staff highly enough for their kind professional approach. The clinic itself is a nice setting reassuringly clean and modern but in a traditional setting with plenty of parking.

Struggling with hot flushes after HRT, NHS non hormonal options were of no help. My GP recommended Oxford Menopause and I feel hopeful that my life is going to improve.
The appointment was very informative, relaxed and thorough, with a definite treatment path and immediate blood tests to begin the process.

I've been with Dr Katie for a few years now being a patient at her clinic. It's been life changing for me. Patches and gels didnt work so I have hrt implants every 6 months. I can truly say best money ive spent. I feel supported listened to and valued by Dr Katie she is amazing as is her team.

Outstanding clinic with a wonderful team of staff. So helpful and I didn’t feel rushed at all it was so reassuring to be able to talk and ask all the questions I had. I now have a plan for addressing things and what to do going forward. Dr Kennedy was a truly wonderful Dr and can’t recommend her highly enough.
