I know which carrier genes to test i do not need to pay £400 for a doc to tell me what i told him. They are not helpful i think more scammers. I will pay for the genetic carruer test only.
They advertise genetic testing but they want you to pay this money first to tell you what you have told them

I managed to get a counseling appointment very quickly. The genetic counselor, Ms. Carina Williams, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very thoroughly. She also sent me a letter after the meeting, in which she documented everything that we discussed. I thought this was very useful. They also offer a very quick turnaround of the results (3-4 weeks) and offer a follow up meeting with the counselor.
Ailidh took the time to listen to us and take a really detailed look at our family history to understand if we were doing the right testing. She clearly explained our options and made everything easy to understand which is tough when discussing genetics. She was warm and helpful and I couldn’t recommend the experience enough.
