J'ai rencontré un problème de connexion. J'ai donc fait appel au Support OVHcloud.
Le jour même mon problème était réglé.
Merci à Geoffrey de l'équipe Support.

Échanges fluides dès le premier contact, explications précises, propositions claires et réponses rapides à toutes les demandes.

Suite à un bug technique de facturation complexe et un blocage avec le support classique, j'ai contacté l'équipe OVHcloud sur les réseaux sociaux. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement le conseiller (LaïM) qui a été d'une excellente écoute, très professionnel et très réactif. Grâce à son intervention et à l'escalade de mon dossier auprès du service Réclamation, la situation a pu être débloquée rapidement avec la génération d'un bon de commande manuel au tarif garanti. Un grand merci à lui pour son efficacité et à toute l'équipe OVH cloud !

**Unreliable VPS service — recurring access problems every week**

I have been experiencing serious reliability issues with my OVH Cloud VPS for several weeks.

The VPS regularly becomes inaccessible. Whether I try to connect through KVM or RDP, it gets stuck at the Windows login screen saying **“Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to log in.”** After sending Ctrl+Alt+Delete, it remains stuck with a spinning loading animation and never reaches the actual login screen.

This has become a weekly problem, not an isolated incident.

Support’s advice has mainly been to restart the VPS. But every time I restart it, I lose application settings and have to configure my system again. This is extremely frustrating and completely unsuitable for business use.

A VPS should be stable and accessible. Instead, I am dealing with repeated downtime, forced restarts, lost configuration, and wasted time every week.

This is bad for business and very disappointing from OVH Cloud. The issue needs proper investigation, not just repeated advice to restart the server.

Réponse longue à venir, et impossible d'obtenir une réponse sur un point technique flou, support d'aucune utilité.

Edit : Non, une réponse n'est pas précise lorsqu'elle ne couvre qu'une partie de la question. Bâcler les réponses du support mais investir du temps pour répondre aux commentaires sur trustpilot, voilà qui en dit long sur votre philosophie de service client.

Tous mes mails ont disparu et le support ne reconnait pas qu'il y a eu un bug.
Il faudrait que je payé 160€ HT pour les récuperer...

Plusieurs années que je suis chez eux pour un petit VPS, et j'en suis très satisfait !

Conseiller très sympathique, à l'écoute, gentil, patient, qui a su répondre à ma problématique et la résoudre.

J’ai ouvert le ticket CS15741818 suite à un doublon de commande. Le service client m’a répondu dans les 24 heures et à procéder au remboursement dans la foulée. Le processus de renouvellement des noms de domaine est mal organisé mais la résolution de problème est efficiente.

Bonjour,
J'ai pris un nom de domaine chez OVH avec une adresse de messagerie. Comme mes connaissances dans ce domaine sont très limitées, j'ai du faire une erreur dans la configuration, le nom de domaine ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai contacté le service support d'OVHcloud. Les interlocuteurs ont été très courtois et patients. Je n'étais pas en très bonne santé (hypotension), je m'exprimais mal, j'étais confus, et malgré cela j'ai été dépanné et tout fonctionne bien.
Merci à toutes les personnes qui m'ont parfaitement aidé.

Second and final part of incident ticket CS15827354 at OVH.

Geoffrey from the OVH France team then took over the case.
Very friendly and professional.

It was a ‘minor’ issue with shared hosting.

But it was both commercial and technical:
- Certain renewal features were blocked.
- The transfer of roles between different accounts within the same OVH service was blocked, whether active (or not)

Failing to resolve it would have forced me to sign up for a new hosting plan, reconfigure everything, and rebuild the entire website and services.

The solution took a few days to be found, involving tests on my part and theirs.

Geoffrey and his team finally found a way to resolve this issue both technically and commercially.

Well done for this follow-up of the case incident and commitment to customer service.

Suite à un mauvais choix concernant un nouveau domaine, à rattacher à un hébergement actif . suivit régulier et résolution , pour la résolution.

Malgré une attente de plus de 5min, le résultat de mon appel a été tout à fait satisfaisant. Personne à l'écoute, très cordiale, professionnelle et cherchant la meilleure solution à mon problème.
Bravo aux équipes.

Client depuis près de 20 ans, je regrette les importantes hausses tarifaires appliquées par OVHcloud au fil du temps.
Le service réclamations a toutefois répondu favorablement à ma demande avec un geste commercial d’un an, ce que j’apprécie.
Merci au conseiller pour son professionnalisme, même si la fidélité des anciens clients mériterait d’être mieux valorisée.
