This company are total rip offs I've been due a refund for over a month and nothings happening they just keep giving excuses please stay well clear

Cancelled on me three times, despite knowing this was an end of tenancy clean and absolutely had to happen before a certain date. One cancellation came the night before (conveniently after my deposit was paid), the other the same morning. No offer of compensation or attempt to rectify.

I have been scammed they rang on the day to say that they were running late then rang to say they wouldn’t be coming tried to offer me another appointment a week later I refused and asked for a refund which they said would come from the accounts office… Nothing checked my bank statement and there was another number left a message and he got back said it’s a scam using his business even told me what they say, said he has reported it but nobody can do anything.

I wish there was a no star button . This company is one of the worst I have delt with… first appointment made approximately 6 weeks ago. That appointment was cancelled the day before. I asked for a refund. This was pending.. two weeks later no refund, only to be told one person handled the refunds and not back in the office until September. Therefore I rebooked appointment to 1/9/26 only to have a message cancelling the appointment. After a phone conversation with their office, to be told a refund would take up to 15days and the only person who handles refunds not in till the end of the week ( I think that person will be very busy) … no manager or senior person to speak to.after a lot of discussion I was given the owners name DAVE REYONLDS .. who surprisingly was not available… this seems to be a big scam … maybe a report to Rouge Traders is my next step

Have reported to my MP. Similar experience to all the negative ones here. Was given a 3 hour window. Told they were running late. Then cancellation at last minute. Paid upfront. Either they are a total scam or just incredibly inept. And I could easily have employed a local reputable contractor.

Very poor company to deal with did not turn up for the appointment made by them sent a text to say they would text me when on there way but no one has turned up so now what to make an appointment 10th September so have cancelled very poor service from them would not recommend to any one

They charged me upfront for an oven cleaning service which they couldn’t and didn’t perform. Their two servicemen arrived 1.5 hours late and then said they could not clean the oven as it was not hot enough though I had set it to its lowest temperature as instructed. So the order was cancelled that day and I was assured a refund would be issued (but 14 days later).
This never arrived and I had to spend nearly a month of hassle trying to recover my £125. Difficulty in getting through on phone and emails not answered etc. I spoke to them on a daily basis and every time they apologised and said my refund would be ‘exacerbated’ but then nothing happened.
Eventually I had to involve my bank to obtain the refund which I am still waiting for after 38 days.

Not a good experience with this company. I paid my deposit and the day before they were due they cancelled.
I was given another day the following week and the day before I received a call from a very pushy salesman trying to upsell me to have my hob and extractor fan cleaning. I explained I have a ceramic hob and my extractor fan was fine. He then tried to insist I pay the remainder of the fee even though on the email it clearly stated that only when I was satisfied with the job do I pay the remaining amount. when I explained this He was very sarcastic and actually put the phone down on me. on the email confirmation. It said the oven cleaner would be arriving between 10 am and 1 pm the following day and that he would call me 30 minutes beforehand.
The following morning I was woken at 7:45 am by the oven cleaner. When I explained could he wait 30 minutes as I was expecting a phone call and needed to get organised He said he was too busy. I told him that the appointment was between 10 am and 1 pm and he told me not to take any notice of head office as they didn’t know what they were talking about! Absolutely zero customer service and I am obviously pleased I didn’t let this person into our home. very disappointed,they really need to clean up their act and train their sales team!
Total scammers.

I booked oven clean,they sent me details to log in,unable to after 2 days,says im not registered,I phoned and was told the tech dept will sort it,nothing at all back.
Cant wait to see if im let down with oven clean,as a lot of people have said they get cancelled without notice,we will see

What a worthless company. How are they still trading? I booked a morning clean with Oven Support and 1 day beforehand I was called and told the cleaner was not available, and the appointment was moved to a few days later. I asked for this to also be a morning slot and was told they would confirm. I was subsequently called a day later by an irritating rep who tried to upsell me every additional cleaning service under the sun and then asked for the remaining payment in full (despite their terms saying you should pay once the clean is complete - what on earth is a deposit for if you're still settling before the work is done!? - my guess is so they can use it as an excuse to call you and upsell). I was then told the cleaner would arrive between 11am and 2pm (hardly a morning slot). Later that evening I received an automated email confirmation giving a window of 12pm to 4pm. A third set of timings for the same job. Not a great start to my experience, but I can get over that.

The cleaner arrived just after 1pm on the day. On entering the kitchen he told me he was concerned about my new cupboards and flooring because of potential splashback. When I asked what protection he puts down, he said only the floor is protected. He then asked me how much the kitchen had cost! He ultimately declined to carry out the clean, telling me that because of a bad experience in the past he did not want to take the risk, and that someone more experienced would do the job at a later date instead. He then left without doing any work. How insane! If their standard practice is to protect only the floor, and the cleaners consider a routine in-situ oven clean to carry a real risk of damaging the surrounding kitchen (whether the kitchen is new or old, which is frankly irrelevant), then I wasn't willing to let this company attempt the job again. The question about what the kitchen cost was, in my view, entirely inappropriate and has no bearing on whether the work can be done safely.

I sent all this to oven support who replied saying I would be refunded within 14 days. I'm writing this review over 16 days later with no refund (what a shock!) and no intention to ever have to deal with these useless morons again and have started a chargeback with my bank.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I booked and paid in full, today is the 3rd week they have cancelled on me😡
I have taken 3 days off work!!!!
I have requested a full refund which I’m hoping won’t be delayed!!!!

Very disappointing experience with Ovensupport. The service did not meet my expectations, and I found the overall experience frustrating. Communication and support could have been much better, and the issue was not handled as professionally as I expected. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service going forward.

I've re rated this to as low as possible... my oven looked super clean and was initially really pleased with it. but since it was cleaned everytime I use the oven it stops working and just flashes stop on clock and I have to turn the electric off at the mains fuse box to enable me to resetting it and by doing this its constantly throwing my stair lift out to keep having to reboot. I rung fitter and also complained via email and I've not even had a reply from company and fitter said it wasnt him and that couldnt happen!! well it wasn't doing it before it was cleaned and its certainly doing it since. im a pensioner with health issues and can't afford a new one... due to this I wouldn't recommend!! This was done 24th July approx 4 weeks ago!!

Do not use! They came out to clean my oven and the chap was lovely, but on closer inspection the oven is still dirty.

I’ve tried multiple times to contact them for refund or to come back and clean and there is no response on the phone by email.

Terrible service - don’t go near them.

Booked Oven Support to clean my single oven, grill, hob and extractor. They did a disgraceful job, leaving most areas still covered in grease and cleaning product residue. I requested a refund, but instead they offered to come back out, why, I had explained that I’d already had to clean it myself so that I could use the oven. Use someone else, you have been warned, total cowboys, avoid.

If there was a lower amount of stars I could give, I would. By far the least professional company I've ever dealt with.

Firstly, I made my booking online, nice and easy. I was then called by Ovensupport few days later to ask about booking in. I explained I already had.

The days after that I was called, daily. When I'd answer, the call dropped. Eventually I called them to ask what was happening, they told me they were using a "robot" to make calls and they'd get it to stop for me. They tried to upsell me on the phone and get me to sign up for repeated visits. I declined.

All was well until the day of my appointment. I was due for a clean in the afternoon. At 11am, I had a text to say the cleaner would be an hour late due to previous cleans taking longer than expected. Then 2 hours later, he was 2 hours late due to a vehicle issue. I called to ask if he'd definitely make it. The lady assured me he would, and that he only had one more clean before me.

Less than ten minutes later, I was called and told they needed to cancel and wanted to rearrange. I decided not to, and they assured me I'd be eligible for a refund. An email arrived confirming it could take two weeks to process the refund. After two weeks, I called up again, because I hadn't received it. They told me they'd look into the holdup and call me back. They didn't. I called a second time and was told the same thing, again, no one got back to me. I have emailed, with no response, asking for the refund I am legally entitled to, and yet no one is responding.

At this point, I'm beyond frustrated with them.

Absolutely DO NOT BOOK with these people. Would not recommend.

Booking in was easy & pleasant. However went downhill after that. I took time off work & the cleaner was a no show due to illness but they only informed on the day.
Gave them the benefit & rebooked & exactly the same thing happened again. When I rang the staff member was quite unpleasant & rude. I requested a refund of my deposit as I was moving house & it was now too late to reschedule. Am still waiting for the refund that was requested in June.

Do not recommend at all. I’ve wasted eight hours waiting in, only for them to cancel both of my appointments either at the end of my 4hr window or an hour after the 3 hour window ended. And this is already after I requested afternoon slots and the day before they told me they would be coming in the morning regardless, but never showed. Do not use them.

This company managed to damage my oven to such an extent that they had to order a new part after soaking a divider in caustic soda and ruining it. Even then I had to chase them up before I eventually received a new divider. I was lied to by staff and mislead about the cause of the problem. This is an incredibly stressful company to deal with. This whole problem could have been avoided if only the cleaning operative had checked with a supervisor when he was unsure about how to clean the divider.
