Absolutely horrendous from start to finish. Wish I had seen the reviews to begin with. Messed me around several times I asked for a morning slot and they said the day before it will now be late afternoon. By 5pm they were still not here so I rang and they said they wouldn’t be with me till 7/7.30pm which is pathetic when I have children and its bed time. Why would I want someone cleaning my oven that time of night. After booking my
Oven clean the sales team hound you calling several times a day asking if you want other appliances cleaned I had to block the number. I am now waiting for my refund which is apparently still being processed but will believe it when I see it it’s nearly been 2 weeks. Never known anything like it such a poor company not sure how they are legal.

Terrible service the office haven’t got a clue on customer service

Please do not use this company. They cancelled on both occasions with a poor excuse and on the second cancellation, I requested a refund. That was 16 working days ago, I am still awaiting said refund! I called them on day 14, was told I would have an email from the accounts department. Of course, I’m still waiting!!

Avoid!!!! I had my oven cleaned all ok. However, this company are taking a monthly subscription cost, that I never requested. I booked one oven clean and one service only! To date they have taken from my account £44 that I didn’t sign up to or request or give them my permission to do so at any stage of the booking process. When I called to query this, the staff said the subscription team will call me back. Three weeks later I have chased again, I have requested several call backs and to date I have had no joy. You can get through to the booking side ok, just not the alleged subscription team! Monday they will either be refunding in full or I will be reporting to my bank as theft! Disgusting, deplorable and misleading company. When I asked for any written evidence and or recordings of me signing up to this, which I categorically didn’t. The answer I have received is it’s a verbal conversation. Well, certainly not with me, who you have been taking funds from with no permission written or verbal permission whatsoever, I booked just one service. I would never use again. I do not recommend. Reviews are here for a reason and I am the first to applaud great service. This company is certainly not one of them.

I paid £50 deposit, half the cost, for an oven, hob and freezer clean in a rental property. The first visit never happened as, after sitting there for 2 hours, I had a call saying the van had broken down. Booked another day off work, arrived at the property for 8am after a late night shift, to sit and wait for another 3 hours. When the gentleman finally arrived he couldn't do the oven because we didn't realise the Tennant had broken it. If we'd been asked to check that it got hot in order for the chemicals to work in the first place that would have been very helpful. So we took up the freezer clean for £35, and he did do a great job, and he called the office to get the £15 refund sent back to my account. This was on 16.6.26. It's now 17.7.26 and I'm still fighting to get the refund. I've been told it takes 14 days, the accounts department aren't in until lunch, the computer system is playing up. I've just rung again and I was immediately asked for the postcode, heard her tapping it in and got told the system has been down for an hour, she'll call be back. I am so frustrated that I've decided to write my first ever review! And now I'm reading others having the same problem, I realise that I will always do more research in to a company before I book a service. Shame on you ovensupport!

Michael was excellent in cleaning my oven

Our oven was cleaned this week by Phil (PR7)
I found the overall standard to be good, and the job was done efficiently with little mess.
Phil was polite and presented their Company image well

I booked and paid in advance for an oven clean two weeks before the appointment.

The day before the cleaner was due, I received a text stating that they “were unable to clean my oven on the booked date”—odd wording, given that the booked date had not yet arrived. The message also claimed they had been trying to contact me to arrange an alternative, but I had received no calls, emails or text messages.

I called immediately to cancel any future appointment and requested a full refund. I was assured that this would be processed straight away.

Ten days later, the refund is still showing as pending.

I have also spoken to customer service several times. On each occasion, I was promised a call back within a specific timeframe. Not once did anyone call me back; every time, I had to chase them again myself.

So far, Oven Support have:

cancelled the appointment at the last minute;
claimed they had tried to contact me when no contact was received;
failed to process the promised refund promptly; and
repeatedly failed to make promised call-backs.

The original cancellation was inconvenient. The subsequent customer service has been far worse. I would not use this company again and certainly could not recommend them.

WARNING!!! Do not use this company. Poor oven cleans, and deceitful staff who lie about what’s included, and then demand more money.

Avoid - these people claim to have good trust pilot reviews and refer you to a company called ovensupport ltd - BUT look at companies house and you will see they have the same director. They take a deposit then ask for the balance before attending. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM

Absolutely disgraceful, customer service is a pathetic joke , had ny oven cleaned o tues 26th may , top of the oven not cleaned, cleaner could not put my oven door back on !! Complaint raised yesterday , no acknowledgement received ,oven door still not on , getting no where with customer service , AVOID this company !!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I booked this company to clean my oven and paid a £20 deposit. They called me the week before to confirm the date but they had got it wrong then only offered me a date suitable to them! They then asked for full payment of the balance but no way am
I paying for work I haven’t seen! I cancelled but unfortunately lost my deposit. I wouldn’t touch these with a barge pole!
EDIT: I checked the confirmation email I received from them and it clearly states “the balance to be paid to the cleaner on the day”

I booked my oven to be cleaned and paid the 50% deposit of £52.50 (which is a significant amount and should have been a red warning)! However, on the day of the appointment, they called me and advised that they couldn't make my afternoon slot and requested if they could come later that morning! They also advised that the balance of payment was due immediately! Indeed, their confirmation email advised that the cleaners would take the balance of payment upon completion. I told them that I never pay before the work has been done and that I already had other commitments that morning. So, we agreed to reschedule the appointment for a few days later.
However, this encounter caused me to perform further checks on the company and it became evident that there are at least 3 different listings under slightly different company names on review sites! The reviews shown on their website are very nearly all 4* or higher, but the other listings for the same company but under slightly different names, predominantly rate it as 1*. So, I called Oven Support and cancelled my booking and requested a refund of my deposit. The customer service rep advised that she would submit my refund request. That was 1st May. Despite chasing on 15th May, 21st May and 22nd May, I'm still waiting for my refund! I submitted a complaint via email on 21st May and received no acknowledgement of receipt. On 22nd I queried this lack of response and was advised I needed to put my complaint in writing (i.e. by letter). I advised that this isn't what they say in their terms of business, nor what I was advised to do on 21st, when I was given the email address to use to submit a complaint!
I'm in the process of reporting this company to Trading Standards as they are acting in a totally unacceptable way. Indeed, I believe they are spamming customers and acting fraudulently.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. Agreed date after many, many, many weeks waitIng. Confirmed and re-confirmed date and time window. Received text on the day saying will be an hour late. Received call later in the same day to say the cleaner had a tough job and will be delayed. This is MID MAY .. he will next be available in JULY! They were on the phone before the visit trying to book all sorts of extra services that I declined, and I declined to pay the balance in full until I saw the job. Now I am awaiting my refund! Had to cancel as the year is progressing and I just wanted an oven cleaned!
