Beyond making a highly functional product, outdoor master has exceptional customer service. Ordered from Canada a day before our national postal service went on strike. Outdoor master reached out immediately explaining there would likely be delays and offered either a full refund or small discount. I took the discount and my order still ended up arriving before the upper end of my originally quoted date of arrival. Outdoor master was recommended to me by a friend and i’ll continue to recommend it to others.

Took care of my small problem appropriately and professionally. I am happy despite the hiccup, would recommend this company.

I ordered some googles with an extra lens. The extra lens was shipped separate from the goggles and it took extra time for it to arrive. Both were is perfect shape when received and the quality appear excellent. The price seem more than fair as I have paid much more for the mainline brands (Smith, Anon, Oakley). I will order again!

Shark 3. Delayed delivery from purchase date due to no stock but didn't need it yet anyway. Tested it on one 10.5' yoga paddle board after charging fully. Note-wasn't sure what showed battery charge status until plugging in to charge and found there are four lights that make a border around the screen that indicate battery. Screen can't be seen in daylight without shading it.
The paddle board was inflated in an impressive 3:53 to 15 psi. 1:15 was Low pressure time included in that. Dual high pressure pumps is a great thing. Would be even better if the dual high pressure pumps would operate when plugged in to a 120V outlet... would just need the hardware to handle the higher power draw of two pumps. Also would like a bag for it. So far I like it and am impressed. Summer here is just getting rolling so will be getting used in a weeks time. That will be the second test.

I purchased the SHARK 3 Rechargeable Electric Sup Pump from this company after looking for a fast SUP pump for two boards.
Firstly this pump is totally worth the money. Had two boards both done to 19.5 PSI in approx 8mins. I would say it’s no louder than all the rest out there and at the end of the day pumps make noise. Deflated is just as good had both down in minutes. It’s easy to use and does what its sais. Only thing I would say is the black screen all in it looks great, in bright sunlight it is a bit hard to read. This was a minor point for me as the pump is so good.
The second part to my review is the customer service. There was a massive delay to receive my pump, I put it down to all that was happening with the US at the time. However the company kept me upto date. They offered that I could cancel or a small refund. I chose to wait for the pump as all company were struggling at that time. But the customer service I received was excellent.
I would use this company again for the quality of products and the customer service I received

As always a great product to invest in. I bought the new Shark 3 electric pump and I am just in awe. Even though to get the product took a little too long for my liking, honestly it’s understandable. Customer service is always great and friendly.

Hanno un assistenza post vendita totalmente assente. Non considerano le leggi europee sulla tutela del consumatore declinando responsabilità oggettive. Ho accquistato una pompa elettrica Whale pagandola sul loro sito 170 euro a fine luglio 2024. Dopo 9 mesi e 10/12 ricariche massimo non si carica più al 100% e riesce a malapena a gonfiare per intero un sup, cosa che faceva prima arrivando a 2 cariche complete, avanzando ancora carica. Dopo averli contattati mi hanno risposto che la batteria è soggetta ad usura e la garanzia è secondo loro solo di 6 mesi e pertanto è scaduta e loro non mi supportano più. Sto procedendo tramite un supporto legale per avere i diritti che mi spettano perchè i 6 mesi non sono assolutamente previsti dalla legge ma sono 2 anni.

Ich habe einen Fahrradhelm bestellt, der aber leider zu klein ist. Wollte ihn zurückschicken. Ich hatte wohl auf der Webseite gelesen, dass die Rücksendekosten von mir getragen werden müssen, aber es ist für den Kunden nicht ersichtlich, dass die Ware aus China geliefert wird und dann auch dorthin mit Sendungsverfolgung zurückgeschickt werden muss. So würden die Rücksendekosten 49 € betragen, was natürlich in keinem Verhältnis zum Kaufpreis von ca. 60 € steht! Ich kaufe dort nie wieder und kann nur abraten dort zu kaufen! Hinterher ist man ja immer klüger…
