Servizio assistenza.... Esiste???

Ho acquistato una tazza termica la cui confezione riportava per ben 2 volte la dicitura "coperchio apribile a prova di perdite", motivo per cui ho deciso di acquistare il prodotto.
Durante il trasporto il liquido contenuto nella tazza è fuoriuscito dal beccuccio.
Ho scritto all'assistenza che ha risposto " la tazza è stata progettata per non avere perdite.
Si assicuri di aver chiuso bene il coperchio e il beccuccio".
E di rivolgermi al venditore che purtroppo però mi risulta essere molto scomodo per riportare la tazza e chiedere un reso.
Mando una seconda mail per capire come risolvere il problema ma non ricevo nemmeno risposta.
Capisco che il prodotto possa avere un difetto ma è inconcepibile avere un servizio assistenza clienti che si assistenza non si occupa. Vergognosi!

I purchased the OutdoorMaster Shark…

I purchased the OutdoorMaster Shark High Pressure SUP Pump through Amazon. The pump died after two uses. I contacted OutdoorMaster customer service to look into a refund or replacement and sent them the Amazon receipt. They requested that I send a video of the pump not working which I did. Then they asked me to test it different vehicle which I also did. Dead again. After multiple emails and borrowing a neighbors car, they said that Amazon was the responsible business. I spent a lot of time trying to meet OutdoorMaster’s requirement, only to find that it was a waste of my time. Why couldn’t they just tell me this in the beginning? Very unprofessional.

Great Customer Service

I purchased the Shark 3 pump which I loved as pumped up 2x SUP’s very quickly but unfortunately it stopped working after 18 months. No fuss no drama & one very happy customer

My SUP pump broke during the 1st use

My SUP pump broke during the 1st use. It literally stopped working as I was pumping up my board and never turned on again. I contacted customer service who, instead sending me a replacement like I asked, started a never ending back and forth conversation with all types of requests. First, they asked for a video to show the defect, which I did, then they asked me to basically take a part the device to see if a fuse blew so they could relay the info to their engineers, and to me, that’s not my job! Just let me return the item and you can check that for yourselves. I then repeated that I just wanted a replacement and that I was willing to return the defective item, and then they sent me steps for a return, which I didn’t understand because I didn’t ask for that. Then after more unnecessary back and forth I decided I did want to return the item because I felt like the help I was asking for was going no where. Of course, they don’t send you a label right away, so the next day I followed up with CS about it and they told me to be patient while they review the return - but they should already know what’s happening! I’ve been chatting with them for weeks! I still haven’t received my label and it’s been over a week. Just a bummer of an experience. I have a feeling I will now have to take this up with my bank because it’s starting to feel more like a scam that a respectable company.

Response: Outdoor Master should have sent me a replacement after my first email. I asked for a replacement multiple times for weeks, meanwhile getting responses about checking the fuse or how to return the item - no effort made to just send me a new item to replace the defective one. Horrible and disorganized customer service.

We've now sent your FedEx return label, so you should be able to return the pump using the instructions provided. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

We'd also like to mention that in our email sent on Wednesday, we asked you to confirm your shipping address so we could arrange a replacement, but unfortunately we didn't receive a reply. Since we didn't hear back, we were unable to proceed with the replacement shipment.

We understand how disappointing this experience has been, and we truly appreciate your patience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve this matter.

Outdoor Master is great

Outdoor Master is great. I was a proud owner of a Shark 2 but I am so glad that I upgraded to the Shark 3. It pumps up my iSup so quickly and now I am no longer tethered to my car. Customer service was quickly answered all my questions. The delivery was super quick.

Great customer service!

I needed a new 12v auxiliary cable since mine broke. After several emails of confirmation that they had the correct part they sent me a new one free of charge and shipping! Great customer service! And I LOVE my Shark 3 SUP pump! Highly recommend!

Great company with great products

Great company with great products! Their SUP pumps are the best around as well as their customer service. I had a small issue with one of my pumps and they quickly resolved it and took care of it. Can't recommend them enough 🙌🏼

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE\WARRANTY HELP

Purchased product (SUP Pump) shark3 only lasted 9 months less than a year (after waiting 2 months for delivery) and they made warranty and replacement a nightmare and have never received anything but autoresponse or a runaround when i call. Still trying to get them to replace/fix their product. Customer service is beyond lacking, if you call they tell you they can only accept emails, no way to look up your order,yet the other times I called he was able to look up my order to tell me it had been only a while and I'd have to wait for a response hmmmm. All warranty must be (per them)handled by email ,then after sending information they asked for received a email stating they are getting alot of e mails so would take a awhile. This is concerning considering he told me all warranty is done by email and you are receiving too many emails to stay prompt, think maybe there is some major quality issues. Stay away from this company it's not worth it. Seems to be an ongoing problem with this company and they aren't concerned with being reputable. 20% of their rratings are 1 star yet they still have managed somehow to have a 4.2 rating. They do not maintain a BBB rating for they didn't qualify because all of the unresolved issues many haveexperience. Don't bother posting the contact us and we'll help you after this post it's a blatant lie and everyone knows it means nothing!

Glasses Help

Originally, our glasses did not arrive when it said they were. Either it was porch pirated or some other issue caused the package to never show up. However, the support team sent us another pair free of charge! They were helpful communicators and the product- Hawk II Polarized sunglasses- are stylish and well suited for distance running.

Terrible Customer Service and Poor Product Care

Terrible Customer Service and Poor Product Care. Avoid!I will never buy from Outdoor Master again. They do not stand behind their gear at all. I bought two helmets for critical use. One was for my wife, who is a full-time ski instructor, and one was to replace a helmet from a bad fall. Outdoor Master shipped these helmets crammed into a tiny box with absolutely no padding. Both product boxes arrived smashed. They clearly do not care about protecting the gear they sell.Their customer service is just as bad. They completely ignored standard helmet safety rules like ASTM F2040 and Snell RS-98. These standards state that any compression or impact can ruin the internal safety of a helmet, even if you cannot see it. Because the helmets do not look broken on the outside, they refuse to take responsibility for the shipping damage. They even tried to buy me off with a tiny $31 partial refund instead of fixing their mistake.They expect the customer to pay to return items that they ruined with poor packaging. They do not back their gear, and their support is awful. Save your money and buy from a company that actually cares about quality and safety.

High quality helmet and great service

Great experience dealing with the customer service and high quality helmet.

We have received one size smaller and customer service was very responsive arranging exchanges. Now the proper size have arrived and my son really liked his MTB mips helemt.

I ordered a snorkeling set with mask

I ordered a snorkeling set with mask, fins, and snorkel. However, my order came with a shattered mask.

Outdoor Master handled my situation professionally and quickly. I reached out to customer service about my shattered mask and received an immediate response, promising to replace my order with a new one. I was originally a bit skeptical about all of the positive reviews, but based on my interaction with customer service, I believe they’re well deserved.

I’ll be sure to keep Outdoor Master for any of my future outdoor/adventure needs.

Wonderful Experience

I bought an ORCA PRO Rechargeable…

Worst experience as a consumer I've ever had. I bought an ORCA PRO Rechargeable Electric Sup Pump and it never arrived. UPS tracking says it was delivered but the photo of delivery was not my house. I purchased this on March 27th. It's April 20th and I still haven't gotten a refund. This is what their customer service team said:

Thank you for your patience.

We've carefully reviewed your case. According to our shipping records and tracking information, your package was shipped out properly and is marked as delivered. We also have proof of shipment available.

We completely understand that you would prefer a full refund. However, since the package was indeed shipped and the tracking information confirms that it was delivered, we regret to inform you that it's very difficult for us to obtain a full refund from the carrier in this case. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

That said, we’re still here to help. To avoid a similar situation, we’d be happy to arrange a free reshipment to a different address (for example, a friend’s, family member’s, or work address) if that would be more secure. Once we receive the new address, we can send the replacement as soon as possible.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can offer a 50% refund instead. And if the original package happens to show up later, you're more than welcome to keep it.

Please let us know which option you’d prefer:
Free reshipment to a different address (please provide it)

OutdoorMaster Shark 3 sup pump


It was delivered to the Czech republic in 24 hours from the EU warehouse - there was no need to pay VAT or to clear customs.
The pump is just perfect - tested it with the Gladiator Pro 12.6 Wide.
The real pressure - 20 psi - max for this pump.
The pump is loud (as expected), but the speed is really impressive.
Battery shows 75% remaining afterwards.
The customer service is exceptional.
Strongly recommend the seller.
