Merrell MOAB walking shoes were good price, delivered quickly and the subsequent exchange (for a larger size) was resolved in same speedy manner with the assistance of Elaine in returns who was friendly, helpful and very efficient. Like others, incurring returns postage (clearly stated) for a size issue was a slight niggle but the overall pricing balanced this.
