Outbax Arvostelua

my second solar panel and controller purchase.
delivery early, package was knocked around ,
I have not opened yet.! ....
.customer service was helpful.

The generater we bought started easily and gives us enough power in our caravan for our needs perhaps would have been better with wheels as is heavy to carry but I will design my own system to move it easily

The information advertised was correct. I think that for the money it's great.

Quick supply, yet to instal the bits. Need to get some cable and my sons crimping tool then run cables to suit.
A wiring diagram would have be an advantage, not insoluble but a diagram would have been a confidence boosting bonus.
Thanks

Good company to deal with, prompt and reliable customer service.

Super easy to deal with, and ordered Wednesday 28/06/23 at 8.00pm and had generator Friday 30/06/23 at 2.15pm. Awesome, now just setting up ready to use

Generator was delivered damaged with a large hole in the side (obviously a transport issue). Communication was good with OUTBAX team and they were able to resolve the issue for me quickly. Nice work OUTBAX!

I recently purchased the Gentrax 3.5kW Pure Sine Wave Petrol Inverter Generator from Outbax, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. Right from the start, Outbax provided exceptional service with quick and free delivery. I was also fortunate enough to avail of a discount due to the EOFY, making it an even more appealing purchase. When it comes to options, Outbax outshined its competitors by a mile, offering the best deal in terms of price, quality, and convenience.

Taking the generator on my maiden camping trip was an absolute joy. Despite being surrounded by the tranquility of the camping ground, the Gentrax generator ran quietly, ensuring that it didn't disturb the peaceful atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it powered all my devices, effortlessly meeting my needs. Even with a panel heater fitted, the generator only consumed 4 litres of fuel over 5 hours of usage at 50% capacity, demonstrating its efficiency.

One of the standout features of the Gentrax 3.5kW generator is its pure sine wave output, which ensures a stable and clean power supply. This is particularly useful when charging batteries, and the included 12V 5amp outlet with battery clips made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the dual AC outlets provided ample options for connecting various devices simultaneously.

While the generator may be on the heavier side, its compact design more than compensates for it. Despite its weight, it remains easy to transport and doesn't occupy much space, making it an ideal choice for camping and road trips. However, it's worth noting that individuals with dexterity or strength issues may encounter difficulties lifting the generator.

What sets the Gentrax generator apart is its exceptional performance and reliability. It lived up to its promise of being quiet and efficient, meeting all my power needs effortlessly. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to others in need of a reliable power source. In my opinion, this generator deserves a 5-star rating.

In conclusion, the Gentrax 3.5kW Pure Sine Wave Petrol Inverter Generator from Outbax is the perfect companion for camping and road trips. With its convenient features, reliable performance, and excellent customer service from Outbax, it truly stands out as one of the best generators in the Australian market.
