Fantastic experience, I bought a Gentrax 3.5 kw generator at a great price on a Saturday and received it in Central Queensland on the Wednesday! Plenty of communication throughout the buying process and the website is excellent. I highly recommend Outbax.

We received our lithium iron battery, solar panel & controller within seven days of placing the order. We live in Tas. So not bad at all. Installing in our Eco Tourer van asap. :-)

Battery was shipped promptly and was exactly as advertised

Excellent service . Price was excellent . The delivery was as quoted and the generator works very well so far . Would definitely buy from you guys again .

Fast service, easy to order. Excellent communication from outbax

Delivery time was really good and so far products have been as advertised

Prompt service and easy to understand specifications for the battery. When I contacted staff via phone they were helpful but did only reiterate what was in the written data. I do not think she had actual experience or knowledge of the difference between your lithium batteries but at least I was not misled so I was happy with that.

Great service and great products very impressed totally recommend to buy for here
