Backpacks were sent very promptly. I changed one of them (too small). That process also went smoothly and Sara was helpful in providing timely advice and updates about the refund,

I bought an Osprey bag for around €400, only for an airline to break the handle. Their so-called “lifetime guarantee”? Absolute nonsense. To get it repaired, I’d have to ship the entire bag from Paris to Amsterdam at my own expense—just so they can “inspect” it. Never mind that I already removed the broken handle myself and only need the replacement part. But no, they refuse to send it. Their policy is all about creating so many hurdles that you’ll eventually give up, leaving you with a broken bag and them with zero cost.
This is the textbook definition of a fake warranty. It’s designed to sound impressive but is practically useless. Save your money and your trust—Osprey’s guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s (not) printed on.

Great customer support ! I was attended by Sara and she was super helpful and efficient supporting my request. And of course, great quality products !

I ordered a pack that arrived with missing items.

I emailed customer service and received a reply weeks later asking for pictures of the missing items. (how can i take a picture of somethingthat isnt there?)

They then asked for a picture of what i did receive.

Another few weeks latert they replied saying the missing item are not inlcuded in the pack and im trying to use it not as they intended.

I pointed oiut that on their webite the items ARE included in the pack and i am trying to use the pack correclty.

Im still waiting on a reply, but seems impossible to get hold of their customer service.

I wont be using Osprey in the future.

Vor der Bestellung sollte man sich sehr sicher sein. Rückgabe auf eigene Kosten nach Belgien!

I ordered a product by mistake from Osprey. I tried to cancel it but the delivery was so quick it was with me at 8am the next day. I contacted the customer service team and explained the problem. Sara helped me out and kindly refunded the order even though it was my mistake. Great customer service and the child carrier we have is brilliant as well.

There was a problem with my order, it became stuck in the system, which can happen anywhere occasionally. I emailed through to see what was happening and Sara from the customer care team responded quickly and got everything sorted out. Straight to the point and polite, she was honestly great.

It took some days waiting after my online question for advice, but then I did get solid and good advice.

I wanted to buy a rucksack with 10% off, however the delivery was added on afterwards making the saving around £1.50 rather than £7.50. I contacted Osprey and Sara was so helpful. She gave me a complimentary discount for my inconvenience! So I was able to purchase the rucksack. It was an excellent service.

Outstanding customer service by a company that make great bags. Aftercare is second to none, with Sara in particular deserving a mention for her help.

In my opinion it's always worth paying a little extra for a better product when a company stands behind them like Osprey do!

Lately I wasn't sure about which size to choose for a specific Osprey backpack. So I asked Osprey by email. The reply by email from Sara was very kind, detailed and helpful. Thanks a lot for this.

Although my packages was not delivered at my place and I had no idea where it was, Sara really helped finding it and coming up with a solution.

Really poor customer service. No reply to any emails. Guessing they are going out of business would never buy from this.bramd again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Osprey Europe.

After purchasing the product, I encountered issues and contacted their support team. I received responses initially, and certain solutions and commitments were clearly promised. However, after that point, communication suddenly stopped, and my follow-up emails were completely ignored.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the situation in a professional and patient manner, but received no response or accountability. This lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable, especially considering the expectations set by their own support team.

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had.

If needed, I am prepared to share full details, including screenshots of the conversation, to show exactly how this was managed.
