I bought a replacement Apple Watch strap for my wife as a gift. The one I ordered was too big, but Ella was really helpful in arranging an exchange. Great customer service.

What a great team (firm), the speed at which you responded to my request was unbelievable, got a replacement before they even got my returned item which I realised the first order wasn’t faulty at all but my mistake. Apologies!!!

I ordered 3 straps for my Apple Watch and they came really fast. I was strapless and was desperate as I need my watch for the gym, I needed some top quality stuff. They arrived and they were really good quality and even got a hand written note from them, was such a nice touch. Will definitely be back for more in future!

Bought 2 one for me one for my friend wasn’t happy with mine sent it back for a refund as it looked and felt cheap which I got more or less straight away but the other one has snapped and fallen to bits within a week of use. Requested a refund but not had any response!!

This product is not what I seen in pics it’s very cheep quality I spent 35£ what it’s not worth it sry to say it’s I feel u make us fool

I would avoid this company. They are impossible to communicate with, unless you use the messaging service which is not free. Email communication is more miss than hit.
I had an issue with quality, ordering three identical straps, only to find they were all different lengths. Tried to get an exchange / replacement and after 2 months I gave up. Extremely poor!

Fake things

I hate leaving reviews like this because I have to take into account two aspects of this business that were at opposing sides of grading scale.

First the bad. I initially bought an iphone case from Ospeka last October. It lasted 7 months which is not what you expect from phone cases these days. The side panels came away from the protective backing quite quickly and over time it basically peeled itself off nearly completely. I don't use the phone heavy handedly and I very rarely partake in activities that may result in heavier wear and tear of a phone case.

This was disappointing and because I was still within the year warranty I was able to get a like for like replacement. This replacement lasted an even shorter period of time. 3 months to be exact.

They sent a replacement of my choosing. This replacement didn't even fit my phone flush. And because of how tight it fit, it proceeded to press all the side buttons rendering the phone unusable.

Another replacement was sent. This time a leather backed case. This has also begun peeling away around the camera lens and one of the volume rocker button has fallen out.

It hasn't left the best impression. But why would I keep coming back and getting replacements you ask?

Here's the good.

The customer service has been nothing short of perfect. Every interaction was cordial and polite. Every subsequent case delivery has been seamless and smooth. I absolutely cannot fault them here. And if my review was based solely on their customer service it would warrant five stars.

But unfortunately, for me atleast, their products have been less than satisfactory. Which is why I'm giving them 3 stars.

For the team at Ospeka. Your customer service is really, really good but I think you really need to find a better manufacturer for your products.

Just to caveat, I'm not interested in receiving any more replacement cases.
