Chinese trash goods! Ordered 3 pair of US size 11 shoes. One month to arrive.The size was barely a 9-10. Supposed to be wide toe box...they are all narrow. No cushion support in the shoes, and super poor quality. No way to call someone, so we emailed them. No answer. They followed that the shoes were delivered...period. We will find out where something is coming from henceforth. Do not order from this company as you are stuck with what you receive!!!

This company is a scam. Sent the wrong size and like a fool, I returned to China which cost me another $32.50 so now I’m out the cost of shoes and shipping.

HORRIBLE! I thought this was a legitimate company and it's a bad scam. Even if I was to continue to fall for it -- and try to return the sandals to Shaoxing City,Zhejiang, China -- it would cost almost as much or more than the ill fitting horrors are worth. These guys should be shut down.

Very very very disappointed and and very upset 😠 with the scam and fake Orthofit website. All what everybody had wrote in here are so true. I wish there’s and option to mark 0 star I’m here Orthofit don’t deserve even a single star. Very cheap shoe as you’ll know mine came in a plastic bag too just like the rest of you from a sender from china the shipping bag bag don’t even have any single reference from Orthofit. I think I had a feeling when I saw the shoes pictures In they’re website specially the silly SPORT logo also the clear plastic part on the back sole that’s how I knew they could be cheap thing, but of course as many of us I ignored it 😡
Like I said whatever everyone said here are so true including I’m not going waste my time to try to return them I’m just going to use them for at least a week because I don’t think it’s going to last more than that I took a walk with them a short one and the black sole already faded. Gosh I should got another pair of New Balance. My old ones feels way much better these cheap shi…!

Not orthopedic shoes at all . I bought 2 shoes for 80$ thinking it's a good deal for orthopedic shoes since I have problem with my feet n they send me shoes in a bag no tag no box that's how I knew it was cheap Chinese shoes n I looked it up. I found same ecxaly shoes for 12$ in temu. Scam company. They say return in 30days for money back but they refuse it bc u tried them on. How u supposed to see if it fits without trying it.

When I bought the shoes, they were advertised as easy to return, and even came with a 30-day trial wear period. Both promises were lies. When I tried to return shoed that didn't fit well, I was informed that trying on the shoes was considered using them and that any use prevented a return. In addition, return postage and customs fees were required to mail the shoes back to China. Do not buy these shoes!

Two pairs of sandals ordered, they took over five weeks to be delivered, they don’t feel good on me, no paperwork was included in the order. Trying to get a refund and return label but without paperwork there’s no order information. Would not recommend this company.

Dollar store product. Smells terrible. Soles are painted on. No arch support whatsoever. Should've checked trustpilot first. Product arrived in flimsy plastic bag.

Cannot even add reviews on the website. Definitely fake as they have country flags next to the reviews.

This company is dishonest. I bought a pair of sandals for $35 (1/2 price sale), thinking they were Orthofeet. My fault for not being careful.
The sandals are something you would buy at. Dollar Store. There is no reference on the bag or the sandal to any company.
I know it will be a waste of time to try and return. Their provided support contact keeps saying I’m filling the form out wrong, which I’m not.
I’m usually pretty careful. I just thought I was dealing with Ortho Feet.

I received the wrong shoes by delivery from China. The company corresponded with me to extend past the 30 day return period. They then told me their policy was that I needed to ship the shoes back to China at my expense where they would determine whether I was entitled to a refund. Total scam. Do not buy from this company.

I first ordered a pair from Orthofit on January 3rd, 2025. Even though the website states that they have several distribution warehouses in the U.S., they do not hold shoes there. Mine shipped from China and then was lost. Based on the response I received I opted to cancel my order. I was asked to wait a full three weeks before doing so in case the shoes showed up. They did not. After being given the runaround with promises to credit me for the order I received another message stating that they wanted to make this right and so another pair was shipped, no refund. This pair showed up, 2 1/2 months from the original order date and they are FAR from good. The soles are plastic, unsafe for any walking. It feels like I'm walking in low heels with little to no cushion. They slide on like a sock, no laces needed. While shipping to you is free, you have to pay for return shipping... to China. Easily half the cost of the shoes. The only people that could effectively wear these would be folks that don't walk.

This company needs to make it known this. Your order will take weeks to arrive. Customers must pay for any returns. And information about returns indicates that if the shoes have tried been tried on that, they may not qualify for a refund. And the returns have to be sent, at the customers expense, back to china. I ordered boots that are not even close to fitting according to size, nor are they attractive or made well. I am extremely disappointed.

Worse shoes I ever bought. Won't take returns unless you mail it to China for $50.00

Terrible shoes - not much cushioning or arch support. Not wide at all so if you have wide feet, they are too narrow and almost impossible to get on. They look cute but that is it! The bottom is some cheap, shiny material on the ones I got. I was going to return them - they came from GA, but you have to return them to China and it costs at least $30 to return them at your own cost. No exchanges apparently to get a different size. Don't fall for this.

This is the worst company to deal with!
Do not get enticed by the shoes on social media. They are junk. To return the merchandise is a real process which I believe they prolong until the 30 days and then deny the return. Do not purchase anything from this company!!!

I ordered a pair of boots which were too wide and inferior quality. Tried to return them but would have to return to China which is ridiculous!!! They offered to give me a 25 percent discount on a shoe I cannot use. Terribly company!!! Beware!!!

I searched for shoes for plantar fasciitis on Google and mistakenly assumed that OrthFit was the same as OrthoFeet. I ordered a pair of shoes during a Black Friday sale in November 2024 for $59.99, only to later discover that the same shoes were available on Amazon for less than $25 and on Temu for under $12.
As I was placing my order, I received a pop-up message offering a second pair for $49.99. Before I had a chance to think it over, the second pair was automatically added to my order, and the total was updated.---- I didn’t receive the shoes until mid-January 2025. The quality was nowhere near what was advertised—very poor and disappointing. By that time, I had read numerous negative reviews about the company and realized that returning the shoes would likely be a lost cause. So, I simply accepted the ~$98 loss and a lesson learned.

Pure garbage. Ordered an ankle brace which took a month to deliver even with expedited shipping which I paid. Incredibly poor quality. Cheap Chinese crap. Now in order to process a return, I have to pay shipping and send the brace back to China. They will inspect and let me know if my return was approved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Their ads boast lovely style shoes with arch support. I ordered from them, my shoes came back a month later, the quality of the shoe was so bad I could not put my foot into it. The shoes stink soooo bad I started out keeping them in a zip-lock bag but the smell was so fierce I have to keep them outside. It took 2 weeks for them to send me the return receipt with a return address in China, when the return address on the package is from California. I will be sending the product to the Goodwill in a zip lock bag.
If anyone knows of any other venues I can blast how OrthoFit is a scam of a business please post. I am blowing them up on FB too. Go to FB an blow them up.

I ordered and paid for my shoes even have an order number 12 days ago the money is listed as a withdrawal to ortho fit but I haven’t received shoes yet and when I go back to where it said pay for your order this is not right
